Great value for the price and quality of our stay! It's close enough to the main center, but just away enough if you want to get away from all the busy; about 10 minutes drive without traffic. Their rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean, lounge and dinning areas are clean. The maids cleaned our room daily and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is served daily at 7am, and at 8am on the weekends. While it is not fancy, it's everything you need to start the day: coffee and tea options, juice, milk, yogurt, fresh fruits, breads and of course eggs, chilaquiles, a meat, some type of vegetables and toppings. The convenience of having a decent breakfast to start your day is essential when traveling and trying to make the most of your time. There is on-sight security guard 24/7 who was always so helpful and friendly with guests. He walked over to us upon arrival when he noticed my mother and I trying to get our luggage out. Very thoughtful!

There is a sewer smell that comes and goes depending on time of day. I didn’t always smell it but sometimes can smell it on the way in after a day out.

It was very clean. Had a lot of things to do. Tennis courts, gym, walking/ running track, swimming pool, ECT. Good parking with cover. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms and bed.

1. Some reviews said that at times, mainly in the hallways it smelled like sewer gas. We also experienced this, however, not in our room. 2. Also we were on the second floor above the front entrance. There was a flat roof outside our balcony. The balcony door did not lock. It would be possible for someone to enter our room easily through the balcony door. 3. Our first morning, we had to leave a little before 8am. Breakfast opened at 8am. We missed breakfast. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little earlier.

Traversing the route from the hotel to the city presents a challenge due to the absence of sidewalks linking the hotel premises to the nearest avenue that seamlessly ushers into the city. This inconvenience remains notable, despite the fact that the distance spans only about one quarter of a mile.

The entire team of hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. I asked various questions, had copies printed and even had them call a taxi for us. The breakfast was amazing. Very clean and all around very comfortable. No bad experiences at all. The security guard was very helpful with how to use public transportation.

Great hotel outside the city center, 20-minute walk (but not with luggage, best to get taxi), or local bus with inexpensive fares. Very safe and quiet location. Swimming pool, tennis courts, gym. 5-minute walk to nice shopping mall, Soriana supermarket, some good restaurants, cinema. Hotel staff is very hospitable and accommodating, called taxi for me, gave good directions, suggestions and guidance. Buffet breakfast has great options including hot and cold drinks. Very good value! Note: SMA is hilly, lots of incline, decline which may be challenging to walk for certain people. Super good value!!!

A friendly suggestion- add more free weights (dumbbells, barbells) in the gym, maybe extend hours a bit. Thanks :)

The staff is really friendly. The pool is heated and amazing. It is not deep, so excellent if you bring kids. It is on the rooftop, and there is a bar to order food and drinks. The facilities are clean and modern. Rooms are large with AC. Bathrooms were nice and the shower was really good!! Comfy beds. TV where you can log in to your Netflix etc. Good wifi. They serve breakfast for a fee (200mxn adult and 100mxn for child), we didn't try it though. They had board games in the reception. Would come again!!

They had shampoo and soap in the bathroom, a shower cap as well, but no conditioner. I would suggest providing a good conditioner for the hair, especially because they have a pool on site.

The staff went above and beyond helping me locate my lost phone. Especially Carmen Barrera and another staff member. They were solely responsible for locating it after it fell out of my pocket in a taxi. Without their help I doubt I would have found it. They saved my vacation. They’re my heroes. All other staff were great too. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable

breakfast opens too late on weekend. Also, coffee should be available 24/7, especially when bf isn't open. Rooms need to have atleast two extra pairs of towels and must need shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

It's a brand new hotel, nice and clean, nice breakfast buffet, rooms are comfortable, plenty of room for storing clothes. Nice rain shower. Nice outdoor area for weddings, chapel, banquets. Modern decor with a Mexican touch.

The gym needs more machines and weights. It is not in the downtown area. It is close if going by car but not close enough for walking.

Amazing facilities, including the pool, gym, track, tennis court. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. Great selection of breakfasts and drinks! A big selection of shops a short walk from the property. Recommend this stay!
