Best food so far in Mexico, just amazing. Definitely not a crappy chain hotel, attention to detail was exceptional. Staff were trained and happy. Bed and sheets amazing, wanted to steal the small embroidery pillow! Nothing needs changing in my book. Car was safely parked away. Swimming pool and grounds were lovely. Sad I had no time for the spa. Great pricing.

There was a party going on in the common area so I could hear the loud music and talking until later at night. The wifi didn’t work properly and at 2 in the morning I was woken up by someone smoking outside of my window…

The place is beautiful, loved that instead of numbers, it was Loteria cards, that was cute! Staff was very friendly!

I absolutely did not like that they charged $570 MXN fee for each pet, that rate is too high, and they try to justify it by offering a "dog bed" which is literally a bathroom floor mat.

The property is very quaint and very clean. No crazy parties or loud guests. Very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect when you are visiting with small children. Also, the rooms are super clean and the shower/toilet pressure is very good.

The hacienda is a bit outdated it also has no AC. If you visit during the summer months prepare to be hot. There is a small fan in the room but it only pushes the hot air around.

Very kindly staff. Food at the restaurant was great and the SPA was great.

In general everything was excellent but it is not a place for elder people or people with disabilities due to the lack of ramps or accesses for wheelchairs.

Everything! Especially the staff. Restaurant was good. Daily beer and cappuccinos. Had a good massage. Walked to eat. Taxi’d to the centro. Pool was amazing and able to let our dogs off leash and hang with us.
