The food at the restaurant on site is excellent and the wait staff very attentive. We had several breakfasts and a dinner and all guests loved the food. We clapped for the chef at our evening meal it was so good. This is a great location with easy walking distance to Centro and the park. Rooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. The grounds are immaculate and staff pleasant. Google translator came in handy to communicate with office staff when checking in with my large group.

One guest room was missing light bulbs in the high ceiling. Housekeeping didn't replace the little shampoo bottles so I ran out of shampoo at the end of our week long stay.

It was a very old hotel, didn't have all of the creature comforts of modern places. It was very clean, great staff, fantastic little restaurant within the walls. It was like stepping back into time, very relaxing. Everything a person would want to do is within walking distance. The price was great too!!

Some parts of the property are worn down, I wouldn't say that I disliked that because it is a wonderful place. It would be really nice if someday it could be restored to its former glory of several years past.

Great location. Loved the room design and how it is kept in the original style. Great views and loved looking onto the park from the patio.

WIFI did not work. Some items need attention in the room like light bulbs changed, new shower head needed and other minor items. Was some trash left on the patio. I think the best thing the owners could do is to make available more pictures of each room. Our room was an exceptional design using the influences of India and that should be highlighted. Featuring each room differently, or the more exceptional rooms, could make this place stand out versus so many others. Truly is an exceptional place.

Location was great. Quiet old upscale area a few blocks from Parque Juarez but an easy walk into the center activity around the Plaza.

The pathway to the room from the entry/parking area is a bit awkward, particularly with luggage. Lots of steps and odd angles. The reception area is a small hut off to the side of the big restaurant. Awkward to find at night.

The service was wonderful, everyone was so warm and friendly. The restaurant on site was great. We loved our room, the location of the hotel was super convenient to get to the middle of town. Lots of character. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing, on our last night we were trying to sleep and the staff were blasting music while cleaning up and it was so loud it woke us up. But as soon as I came out to tell them it was too loud they turned it down. It was a Friday night and it only happened that once. Otherwise things were great

Loved the size of the room and the location. We had the villa, so we had a huge bedroom, pantry and sit out.

The restaurant was not open and we reached at 10pm and couldn’t find anything close by open. Also the next day the restaurant only opened at 1pm.

Casa Liza was a beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and uniquely furnished. The on site restaurant, Mia, was spectacular. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is on a hillside with many uneven steps. Pack a smaller suitcase.

The room was great, it was like a little casita. The restaurant connected to the property is delicious! Awesome location!

We stayed here for two nights and it’s a beautiful and calm place with nice views and not far from the city center! Spacious room and comfortable bed, we enjoyed our stay a lot!
