Second time staying here in less than a week. Staff was very kind, our flight was schedule for 6 am so we knew we would miss breakfast, but they gave us a lunch box instead. They also have a free shuttle from/to the airport that rides every 30 minutes, it's only a couple minute ride and took us to the airport at 4.30 am. We were very satisfied with the room as well.

The hotel is generally clean, but they could give some more attention to details and make it cleaner

All that I needed for stay the night before early flight. dinner, shuttle, close to airport, good value. perfect for what we needed.

strange noise in the room. high pitched but not very loud. no problem sleeping though. I could have asked to change rooms but wasn't worth doing.

BF was good and substantial. We all 4 of us had their own rooms and agreed that he mattress and pillow were so extraordinarily perfect. One of us even tried to find the brand label on them so she could buy it back in the US! Shuttles to BJX ran on time and airport was quite close by.

I requested a wake up call on our first night stay. It never happened. When I complained at the desk, the woman said she called personally and i must have been in the shower. I did not shower that morning. On our last night the room phone didn't work at all. I couldn't even call the front desk. Contrary to what a previous review said, the room at the back of the hotel was noisy as train tracks were immediately behind the property fence so I was wakened both at night and early in the morning by it's whistle. And, the room at the front of the hotel did not have road noise and was quite quiet.

The shuttle from the airport was perfect, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to provide a late check out as I was waiting for a friend to arrive in the afternoon.

The pool could have been lovely, but it was chilly, so I didn't indulge.

It was close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent, even though I got in really late. The staff were friendly, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast simply awesome! Great value for money I would definitely book again if I were travelling the same region.

The location itself was very industrial, not pretty, right beside the highway, but the soundproofing was close to perfect. It was very quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even spoke English - which I was not expecting, but pleasantly surprised. They even took me to the airport at 6am.

No complaints. Everything was nice and clean.

After a 9-day stay in Mexico and in a state of heightened alert mentally, physically, and gastrically, we felt like we could finally relax here. The hotel felt clean and safe. The breakfast was good (cheesy vegetables, scrambled eggs, steamed vegetables, breads, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc.). Great choice.

Not anything they can change easily. It's conveniently located on the side of the highway and it's a quick trip to the airport. If you are a sightseer, you might want to stay somewhere else. If you'd rather have a place to stay near the airport, you can do no better than right here.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They arranged a free shuttle pick up at the airport, ot was waiting for us just outside when we arrived. Check in and check out were both quick and smooth. Breakfast was really good and it's serves starting at 6 am. Was traveling with my mother and being two women we felt very safe here.

This was close to the airport and great for an overnight. They have 24 hour food, tea, coffee. Very comfortable beds. Nice room in an older facility. Wish the bathroom was cleaned better. But hot water, fantastic breakfast with big variety of food. Coffee in room. Hair dryer and iron and tv. We would stay again. Rebecca the woman at reception was so kind. Free transport from airport to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the room key system was not working so a staff member had to accompany me to my room with a master key. This was no problem for me as I was only staying overnight to catch my flight the next day and I needed to rest after my trip.
