The breakfast was wonderful! It was more than I expected! It had a lot of options to chose from! Staff was helpful at anytime needed! The had transportation to the airport if need it or anywhere you would like to visit! I highly recommend this hotel!

Was only given one room key and to power even the air in the room the key card has to go in a slot so if you have to leave the room with the key card all power is lost

Excellent facility, the pool is just what you need to have a good time, the gym has enough privacy and the seats near of the lobby to read or just to have a drink let you relax to continue enjoying. For my is excellent the location because is enough near to the highway to drive to the airport or Silao event to drive to Leon and visit the commercial zone.

The coffee kit needs to be bigger and should include the strongest coffe mix.

Staff were very helpful. They were very responsive to any request I had. I needed a taxi to the airport very early and they made sure that someone was at the front desk to help if there were any problems. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room was spacious with a small kitchenette, small refrigerator and stovetop. We didn't need it but it's good to know. The wifi was good. The breakfast was very good, and substantial. The grounds and open areas are very attractive and spacious. And the hotel is very close to the Leon airport. We will definitely stay here in the future, when we have an early flight.

We had problems with our keys not working.

A bit of a wait at the bar/restaurant

I like that it's close to the airport, they have a decent breakfast and the beds are comfy.

They missed a few spots in the cleaning and I don't like that was charged extra for 2 people. I thought I had reserved a room for 4, since it was two beds and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets, they did come a change them, but I've stayed here before and it seems like cleaning has scaled off.

Very comfortable and spacious room. It is only a short 10-15 minute drive to the airport and they provided shuttle service. They also provided a box lunch for my flight!

It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the room. There is a restaurant next to the lobby but there are no signs or any way of knowing it is there. Some signage would be really helpful.

Overall, the hotel was a great value. Comfortable, clean rooms, nice staff. The gym was small but well equipped with cardio machines and weights. The restaurant was very nice for a late-night light meal or a light breakfast before you hit the road.

service at the restaurant was a little slow.

I needed a place to stay late at night. My room was ready, the bed turned down, lights on and tv on which felt welcome. Breakfast was varied. Bathroom was spacious , plenty of hot water and good pressure.

Would have liked a bottle of water in fridge.
