Buffet breakfast great. Asked too many times what our room #. And there was still a misunderstanding when we were given our breakfast bill. After signing for one amount it was destroyed and had to sign another.

good location, awesome staff, nice pool, good room with view to the pool, big hotel has laundry service with quick turn around time, few hours. nice resturant and free parking with security for parking and hotel.
some of the equiptment in the gym didnt work, the food in the resturant is mediocre, needs flavor and taste. the water pressure in the shower is 5, and AC unit is mediocre. noisy hallway. wifi is like a 7.

Booking.com says the breakfast price is 290 pesos each but we were charged a total of 700 pesos plus tip on top of it. Seems not only expensive but contradictory to the listing on the website.

Walking distance to the Plaza de Zapatos, Feria de Leon and the stadium.!
There is no smoking on the property this was not stated before booking room! The pool was slimy and was not treated or cleaned during the 3 days I was there I especially booked at this hotel for the pool!

Everything the location the staff the ambiance it was Mother’s Day and they have music and food it was nice

the ONLY thing is that the pool was broken for the first 3 days of my stay, but once they got it fixed… beautiful!

Room phone didn't work to be able to have communication with receptionist.

It was clean, the closeness of distance to sites of interest and it was really quiet and you can rest comfortably.
They didn’t have a coffee pot or el ice machine available
