I really liked the warmth welcoming from the arrival to the departure. The valet parking gentleman named Jose was very attentive to our needs as well as Rafa, the receptionist excellent service. The place is well decorative and clean, walking through the hallways

I didn't like the way you can't assess the t.v as easy. I did see some hairs on the bathroom floor and shower that weren't mine when i used the restroom for the first time .

I went to the feria so the location was great. Staff was super friendly. I drink a lot of water so I was glad they gave out 2 bottles each time they cleaned my room.

The shower broke the first day and I let them know but they never fixed it, I showered with a huge shoot of water rather than an actual showering.

The purpose of our trip was to go shopping for the local goods at the market, especially the leather goods. We made good use of the property's vicinity to the local goods market - when we had enough carrying bags we would drop them off that the hotel then head back out for another round of shopping.

The rooms do not have AC which could be an issue but we were still at the time of year where we were able to comfortably sleep with only the ceiling fan. The bed was super hard, which made us miss our mattress at home.

Good location, close to the leather good district, 10-15 walk to the central bus station, and short walk to a lovely promenade into the town center. very quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Modern rooms.

Only one towel (guess we could have asked for another!), and difficult to keep the shower water from going all over the floor. These are small things. Would stay there again.

There was no coffee in the room or even in the lobby. Had to go walking for about 3 blocks looking for a cup of coffee early in the morning. I'm an early bird, like my coffee before heading out. Had to get out there in the loud busy street before I wanted to. I did not like that.

The room is comfortable and really clean. It's really close to the leather markets and shoe stores, so you go walking and come back to leave your belongings. We had an issue with the water, but it was solved immediately.

the staff was helpful, friendly and relaxed. the room was clean and the building is in a good condition. there is a nice cafa outside

Pillows are so hard, bed non comfortable, they give to the room just one soap, the towels were so old

It was nice to check in. The location was great. I enjoyed the free parking and the AC was very cold.
