I like that they have parking space/ lot. They gave breakfast during the morning. I really loved the food, they have the hotel very clean. It was really good my stayed.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t go in my room the moment I got there. I had to wait until almost 3 pm but they made it easy for us to go in around 2:30 probably. We got there at 2:17 pm and we waited until 2:30pm or 2:45 pm. But yeah I needed to go in right away. Because we had a long drive and we had to wait on the room.

I appreciated the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. They were exceptionally professional. The Location was central to museums, parks, shopping and transportation. Good value for money in Leon and no unpleasant surprises!

The breakfast was good but not great. I looked but didn’t find salt, pepper or hot sauce which would have improved it.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. The convention center is across the street.

Breakfast options were great,. A few things changed daily.

Not enough chairs for guests! Locations of various foods were poor. Some guests ate way more than enough, making it difficult for the hostess to refill. Some guests had very poor manners.
