The hotel was in a great location. Super close to the mercados de piel so we did a lot of shopping. Hotel food was delicious and the decor was amazing.

The AC in our room was not the best. It never really got cool so it was a little hard to sleep a night. We only stayed one night so we didn’t complain to the staff but maybe it wasn’t working that day.

The hotel facilities were very good, friendly and helpful staff when we arrived.

What needs to improve is the pre-arrival communications. I submitted several messages prior to our arrival which were not answered. In some cases, I just got our booking confirmed again but no reply to my queries. After we left the hotel, my wife realized that she left her sunglasses in the room, no. 715. She rang the hotel and asked if someone had found them. The lady on the phone said she would check and let us know. To this date, we have not had a reply!!! This left a very bad feeling about your hotel despite that fact that everything else was very good. Can you look into this for us??

The location is excellent. It is in the middle of everything

The hotel pre-charged my account before I've arrived and when I got there, the clerk charged me again and she did a cancelation of the first charge. That is not right

During our stay in Leon, we chose HS Hottson as it was recommended as on of the top Hotels in Leon. It certainly exceeded our expectations although we chose an a package that included buffet breakfast and dinner and wine the service was excellent as you had a waiter ensuring you had everything you needed during the time you were in the dinning area, which may I add is a room made of glass and the furnishings here are of fine taste. The room and the mini bar was always fully stocked and the room was impeccable upon arrival and house cleaning comes in daily to freshen and restock. The staff here was always very attentive and courteous to one’s needs. The view from the pool is simply beautiful overlooking into the garden of a beautiful red Cathedral, it almost looks unreal. I highly recommend it!

I was not informed that the pool was closed for maintenance the first day of my stay

I paid 350 for 2 nights i tought it was too much till i got to the hotel somehow i got a room in the top floor a jr suite with minibar, snacks and balcony plus I got free breakfast and dinner/snacks free beer and some cocktails defenetly worth it.

The looks and feel of the hotel are traditional yet modern. The restaurant is great for breakfast. Spa and pool are outstanding.

Make sure you get a balcony room on the 5th floor so you can have city view. The 4 floor you will just see a wall.

Rooms are spacious and clean, toiletries at disposal. Breakfast was excellent. Staff always nice and helpful.
