The staff at the front desk were so helpful and nice they gave us excellent service. The waitress at the buffet was very bad no costumer service at all. We had to go to serve your own coffee they never come and check with us if we need something. Dont waste your money eating there across the street is Toks restaurant where we went the following day and everything was excellent snd for a cheaper price than what we paid in the hotel buffet.

It was comfortable and well organized and they welcomed our two young cats that we were traveling with. We had gotten stranded at the airport and had to spend a night in León. Fortunately there was a Petco right across the street! We were able to take the cats in their carriers to dinner with us at the hotel restaurant.

Not very close to the airport, but that was not the fault of the property. They seemed well situated if you wanted to attend a sports event or see the museum, which was next door. For breakfast the cats were not allowed and there was no option for a takeout breakfast, nor was there coffee available in the room.

For my purpose, the location was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Facing the rear it was very quiet at night. I would recommend asking for a room above the 6th floor for a better view and facing the rear for quietness at night

The plumbing is a little dated. It took a long time for the water to be warm enough to take a shower. That is a lot of wasted water

Great place especially if you love football Leon Team next door and a Casino next to it nice buffet and swimming pool

The property was centrally located. Local transportation to any destinations you wanted to go to room service was excellent. Carlos who worked room service did five star service. The best part of all of it was the convenience of being able to do whatever you needed to do for work!

The bed & pillows were incredibly comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. They have many amenities. The cleaning staff were friendly. The location is close to the zona de piel & museum & we love the bed & pillows so much so we will probably be back. They aloud our medical service dog with deposit & no extra fee - thank you.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all. They were cold, not smiling, and they gave us dirty looks like "how dare we actually drink the free juice in the lobby". Also, the room was beautiful but the glass bathroom door had visable gaps & no insulation which is impractical because you can see & loudly hear All the bathroom noises from the other person (not so romantic).

Location is great, nice Breakfast

Only one problem we thought the walls were thin .we could hear next room flush the WC and heard the phone alarm go off.

We loved the view, the nice gentleman that helped us with our luggage (Luis) was very nice and professional. The rooftop restaurant was very good with a beautiful view and the drinks were excellent.
