The location was perfect for us our family members were close and we used the bus station to venture to other cities. Breakfast was better than the reviews I read so I was happy.

The lighting in the room could be improved it's a little dark and for some reason the bathroom floor was always wet.

Someone from the staff mentioned our room number out loud in the lobby, which can be considered unsafe.

The tv was not connected to the web. The service person did not have a HDMI cable to make the connection to the web and the tv was not a smart tv to be able to connect by wifi.

Our reservation was for three persons, we only had two towels in the room. We could have asked for another one but were running late to our event

Beds awesome, staff helpful. Even with a much up with the taxi that was booked and didn't show staff assisted us in getting to the airport just a shame it cost double to get 2 taxis to the airport instead of 1.
