The location was ideal for shopping in plaza de piel, staff was amazing- Antonio the grounds keeper went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

In order to use an iron, I had to turn over my ID and until I returned the iron I’d get my ID. This isn’t ideal for guests staying a few days.

Excellent location and good staff

I think that the organization of the breakfast could be improved, regarding the amount of food and the attention and control of the guests. I heard various disagreements regarding that. But other than that everything was perfect.

Check in process was easy, room met our expectations.

We did not enjoy the breakfast. For breakfast, we were provided with chilaquiles (chips, red/green salsa, refried beans, crema, cheese), jello, and apples. To drink we had coffee and juice. The chilaquiles were nothing too special and even a little cold.

Location, great staff, and clean

Had to re-program the room key every time I would go out.

Close to the bus station, close to the leather district, reasonably close to the historic center and close to the museum.

Breakfast isn’t gratis!

Good breakfast, great room and facilities, decent bed, very comfortable and affordable for our family. Fast and reliable WIFI. Late check out.
