The location was good, within walking district to the leather zone and the historical center. The room is clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is basic but has several options to choose from. Good parking on site.

I tried to use the gym but none of the equipment worked.

The bed was very hard, the sheets were rough and the shower head was plugged up and spraying everywhere. Other than that it was a good value for the money.

Our room was clean, everything in the room works well. It has an amazing view to the Templo Expiatorio. Hotel workers were very kind. The hotel has its own parking place. We could go walking to the downtown and Zona Piel.

The breakfast was very basic but the serves were pleasant & do their best. We suggest to replace the artificial concentrated juice for real fresh juice

The location/cathedral view along the fact that the center was 5 minutes far away. I liked also that we could have made an early check-in with a small price difference, the gym and the restaurant/breakfast also were a nice plus.

This Place has a lot of potential and with few more quality touches would be great, for example the terrace on top is a bit abandoned and with that city/cathedral view it's a shame. Few more equipments in the gym or the furnitures and this hotel could reach the stars. From the picture looks a little bit better.

The location of the hotel is very good: near and in front of the main downtown of Leon. Having a car, the location is also good: it is in the border of a main road allowing to not go through traffics inside the city. The ladies of the reception during my stay were informative and kind. Although the technical problem (toilet water reservory, tap water of the sink, insulation), they were helpful.

The hotel was I think still under finishing and not yet really ready: - the first night, the toilet water reservory did not work, no water came. I had therefore to change the room. - in the new room, the tap of the sink in the bathroom did not work. I had to use the water from the bath for my teeth brush every day. - many workers slept in the same floor than me in the night and did many noises. The insulation being not good in the corridor side (and the door), i had to put earplug every night.
