The buffet breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food, the only thing I would recommend is to also make the chilaquiles by the order in a pan, I have never had tortilla chips cold and then self-service for them. I loved the live music on Saturday breakfast, is was very charming and great quality, not loud and added a lot of ambience. The back entrance of hotel upon entering is very impressive, great service from staff, clean, and luxurious looking for the value. The BEST feature of this great hotel is the location, love that it is facing the historic jardin and all of the many shops, restaurants, churches and Arco de Leon. Would highly recommend it.

Not the hotel itself, but to be mindful of a few homeless tents nearby the hotel at night. I saw a few tents where people slept but once you allow a few, more start coming and it could create a homeless encampment that will be bad for business for everyone. The businesses need to work with City government to tackle this problem before it gets out of hand. Also, a little bit of graffiti, not much, but have property owners clean it up right away to maintain a visually clean city.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always eager to help with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure and quality toiletries provided.

It’s a very central location in Leon. The area is safe and the rooms were appropriate for the price paid.

The dining area on the main floor could use some cleaning. It gets very dusty because of the open doors overlooking the main garden. It would be helpful that the table is wiped each time a guest sits down as the table we sat for breakfast was extremely dusty.

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff, housekeeper, restaurant. I give everyone that works in 100%+! This hotel is at the best location possible, everyone that visits León, Guanajuato has to stay there!

Luis Miguel with the valet was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast staff was very attentive. And housekeeping was great.

Shower was a little old but does the job,will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect.

The keys to open the rooms don't work normally and I had to go down to reception to activate it again, on more than one occasion (4 to be exact). And in the first night was roaches in the room. I have a video of it. For me this hotel it's overrated. And the guy in reception was very kind but it was lady black hair very rude.

Hard bed, water not hot enough

Location was amazong, super nice hotel with parking and wonderful staff. The room was perfect for our family with 3 beds.

The noise the rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear everything from every direction.

I like everything the service was great the location super convenient close to restaurants and the view was so gorgeous.

Clean quiet, attractive, in central location, with very friendly, helpful and available staff, even with late arrival. Very pleased with accommodation of my cat and the conversations leading up to my stay. And, easy parking!!

One of the two beds had a very deep, loud squeak if touched, pushed, sat upon. Fortunately, I did not need to use it. Also, the floor and front of the shower was not clean—not thoroughly mopped so hair remained. I was very disappointed that there was no coffee in the lobby for guests.
