The staff and the driver, especially, were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was excellent, as well. It is a great place to stay, and if you don't carry luggage, it is within walking distance of the airport. It was just like a Holiday Inn Express in the US.

The breakfast was good. Full buffet what you would come to expect.Resturaunt staff very good and hospitable. The courtesy shuttle driver for third shift was very friendly and accommodating. Also spoke very good English.He also went out of his way to get creamer for my coffee which the older front desk lady said they didnt have.He well made up for the lack of her.

there was an older lady at front desk that wasn't very friendly or accomidating.Asked her for joint rooms said to check back tomorrow. When I made the reservation I've made a request for joint rooms well before I left. She booked the two rooms on two different floors. A far cry from joint rooms. Asked her for creamers for the coffee she told the other worker to tell me we were out. Also mentioned the air conditioner didn't work in one of the rooms which told her about that maintenance. was unable to fix. Apparently didn't have any other rooms. Preoccupied on her cell phone rather than customer service. The other younger front desk workers were all very good.

Ideal as an overnight near the airport before an early morning flight. Their free shuttle drove us at 3:00 in the morning to the airport! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The attached restaurant is Denny's and the food is grim.

Very good bed, good linens and towels. Adequate breakfast. Shuttle to the airport (read the negative). Parked our car there for five days at a low cost.

Bad communication through booking.com. No airport shuttle for the return trip at 12 midnight. We had asked and were told it could be arranged. When we called the day before to arrange a pick up they said no you will have to find a taxi. It was the main reason we booked this hotel. So that was disappointing and extra cost.

The breakfast

There is noise in the first floor when the people pass with luggage because in the first floor is stone floor with many lines and the wheels of the luggage is no comfortable to sleep.

Very comfortable standard hotel near the airport. I loved that the rooms have wooden floors instead of carpet, and the hotel sent a car to pick me up at the airport. You can use the rooftop restaurant/bar at the hotel next door and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean, it even smelled like pine sole. The breakfast didn't disappoint and the pool was inviting. Staff was friendly, comfy beds, and good quality towels. Overall, a good stay at a fair price.

The hotel was not near any shops, attractions, not even a mini mart. They had minimal snacks for sale and only offered breakfast to guests. There were no bars or restaurants on the premises. My key card kept on deactivating and the gym only had 5 pieces of equipment.

All staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The beds were comfortable and quiet. We had a lovely and restful sleep! Thank you!! Also, the value of the room is great!

I was given a snack breakfast due to a 5am flight, so I did not get to experience the usual breakfast.
