Great (old) hotel with lots of different pools, right next to the (unfortunately now very narrow) beach! Some cute animals live in the hotel (flamingo, peacock, parrot, black swan,..), that was a highlight for the kids! The room (golf view) had a good size, a small fridge and coffee maker. A/C was a little smelly but kept the room at a good temperature. Breakfast was very good, we especially enjoyed the omelettes from the egg station! Service was quite attentive most days. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were only 2 elevators (on the weekend there was also the service elevator) for looots of guests, so sometimes you had to queue quite some time to make your way to the lobby/room. In the evenings it was a little loud, as there was music in the lobby, which you can hear in the room (11th floor).

The beach is pretty much gone and you have local people selling and front areas that rent, hence you dont have a clear view to the ocean. Some areas are still in renovation and post service was not good at all. I left my charger and the staff send me a photo of a burned charger which was not mine, saying that that was mine... and never heard back. That was the worst part.

Since we arrived, the valet parking greeted us kindly and nicely... The check in was smooth and easy, they explained very well what was included and where to go to do our meals. There are a good variety of restaurants and type of foods.

At the beach area, it was a little bit difficult to get our drinks... we had to wait around 40 min to order

The hotel is partially under modernization, it will be looking very modern in a few months. Restaurants are really good, the Italien excellent. Staff is very kind and assisting, we got late checkout which was very important for us. Swimming pools are good and nice. Rooms are fine, currently old-fashioned

The first day, after paying for the 3rd person in a room, I asked for a 3rd bottle of water. The answer was: this is a gratitude we give only 2 bottles. I paid about USD 180.00 A bottle is about less than 1 USD.

I liked everything, the pools, the restaurants, the beautiful and comfortable rooms, the beach etc. Thank you guys keep going I'm very happy

It's far from everything, downtown,la quebrada, etc. You have to take taxi and traffic is a mess and taxi It's kind of expensive better to rent a car. I recommend to sightseeing the city via tourist guides.

Facilities are very well. Pools are clean and big. Beach club is big and comfortable. Restaurants are excellent, food is delicious. Beverages are nice, but need to improve. Price very well for all inclusive.

Bartenders aren’t so nice, their faces are like they don’t want to provide service, however waiters are very kind and helpful. Front desk service is nice and helpful as well. I was in a all inclusive but some cocktails aren’t included. Time for all inclusive beverages with alcohol finishes until 11pm, did not like it so much I would recommend it to make it until 1am.

Room had a nice space, we travelled with our pet and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our breakfasts at the Azul restarurant were delicious. Thanks.

Even though the property is older it is obvious much pride is taken to keep it clean and make sure all amenities are operable.

The faucets did have a drip and are dated, The room AC doesn’t get as cold as I prefer but is still adequately refreshing compared to outdoor ambient. More options for convenience items would be nice . In room refrigerator would be nice , had to keep refrigerated medication on ice.

Staff is fantastic, extremely helpful. Luz and Manuel at reception as well as Ivan at the beach made my stay really comfortable as they provided me all indications about restaurants, how to reserve the palapas at the beach and how all the Hotel worked. The beach is very clean and was great to have a long walk every morning. Food was really good and you may find all types as you may like. I can really recommend the place

Excellent renovation, very friendly staff and even guests.

Elevators not working fully. Long Waiting times. The cleaning could be better in bathrooms. But the staff were able to respond very quickly.
