Very lovely hotel one block from the main avenue of Acapulco. Behind a casino and 2 minute walk to Walmart. Rooms comfortable & roomy Rooftop restaurant had specials everyday and the food was very good. There was a a street a couple of blocks away were you could buy typical Mexican food & you could find a couple small stores to buy beer & snacks. The staff was friendly & helpful. You could purchase coolers, beer & water in the reception area at a fair price. I found the internet worked well on my floor, although I could not connect at the pool or restaurant. There was hot water in the shower & the AC worked very well.

Pool was great. Penthouse has private elevator with designated key card. It's above the pool and not too loud, great views with three nice slices of the beach and water from the rounded windows all over the big room with kitchenette (no fridge though).

The kitchenette should have had a fridge.

The Location was only blocks from the beach. Rooms were large. King bed was comfortable. Sheets were nice and clean. Parking was included. (Note - there are only 8 spaces across the street, in a locked lot, so you need to arrive before 3PM. Parking is first come first served. However, if you had to park on the street there were a few spots and the nice security guard would keep an eye on your vehicle). The roof top pool was small but nice and clean. It also had two jacuzzis but nothing was heated. However in the heat of the day it was refreshing. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke excellent English. A huge Super WalMart was a block away. The entire hotel was spotless.

The step up into the shower and toilet. Many hotels in Mexico do this, but it's at least 5" tall and easy to stub your toe on or trip when stepping down. It takes some getting used to. Out of 25 different hotels we stayed in Mexico, about 5 had step ups into the bathroom. The view from the room to the inner courtyard had tarps strung across, and there was a big rip in one, but it looked strange looking down into what would normally be a courtyard and see that. The other thing was the huge bulk of electrical wires at the front door. But that is very typical of Mexico. It's just the way it is and you have to try and ignore it. Since this was our first major trip into Mexico it has been a shock to see this kind of electrical wiring in many places.

Everything from hotel staff and security at front of house to pool area with jacuzzi and lounging. Good Wi-Fi signal in the room. The huge Walmart is a few mins walk and my go to place for meals where the Chinese is exceptional value for money. Huge portion of rice and noodles with chicken balls or spare ribs cost under 100 Peso. Only £4 English pounds. Either side is subways and McDonalds, plus other options. To the beach from hotel...turn right and walk past the Casino and Walmart. Cross the road and keep right where you will see the road on your left to the beach. The crazy bus with constant horn blowing takes you along the bay and goes for miles for a bargain price 10 Peso.

Barking dogs on the balcony of a nearby property in the morning. It's the dog owners who need training!

Comfortable bed, clean room and building every day, pool open, very close to the beach.

The parking garage security guy sometimes was not there when trying to retrieve the car.

I was there the night of the hurricane. The people at Nilo looked after me beautifully, above what would be expected

good location. attentive staff. secure off-site parking was just across the street. a/c worked well as did the showers.

the protective plastic mattress covers were a bit annoying, but acceptable. however, the plastic pillow protectors under the pillow cases were stiff so uncomfortable & made crinkly noise whenever I moved. In our opinion, there are many good yet comfortable pillow & mattress protectors that would be more conducive for a hotel. I mean, the hotel does have the right to charge additionally if damage is done that requires exceptional cleaning. hotel noises outside the room could be heard inside.

A very clean, proper and comfortable hotel. Huge bed, good internet, and shower.

It has a good location but the area around the hotel is not so pretty.

All was very decent for the price in Acapulco. I would recomend it if you look for cheap place to stay. Only 10min walk from the beach.

All good. Except maybe that boy who was a bit aggressive telling me where i should put my wet loundry to dry. I was'nt bothering anyone. He was saying:"porque la gente, la gente, blabla". Bossy style. I never saw anyone going in that part of the hotel ever during my 5 days.
