Excellent location, beach front, warm temperature controlled pool, new property, friendly staff, valet parking is convenient and flexible.

Queue for breakfast was too long on Sunday, less activities for kids - would be great to have kids club or other activities to engage kids with staff supervision, limited number of sunbrellas at the beach we paid money to rent an umbrella and chairs as the ones provided by hotel are fully occupied.

Beautiful pool, really nice AC in the room, good a la carte food and kind staff

The vendors at the beach are kind of annoying, you don’t have lots of calmness with them unless you ignore them. The poolchairs were sometimes blocked by towels in the morning. I wasn’t able to get into the water but that’s not the fault of the hotel or the staff.

Great new looking facilities, nice staff, comfy bed.

Pillows wasn't comfy, swimming pool is more for children, check-out I was waiting on line a lot, they should change to have advance people which are doing check out, because to catch bus, airplane on time.

unfortunately it was useless the hotel has a private beach because you cannot swim in the beach and they need to give their pool a major renovation since it would be the only attraction and that makes the hotel lose many points

It has a great location, an amazing view, and helpful personnel.

The shower was small and did not have much pressure. The gym is rather simple and more for cardio than weight lifting.

I really appreciate the service from all the people working in Calinda. Its very high appreciated to have a smile and good service. Thanks to the management for keeping that high valued people.

There should be be more light bulbs and also a mirror in the room area (Mirror is only there in the bathroom area)

Breakfast was good... The ocean view room was amazing and the hotels location is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and adequate.

The hotel itself has a tired feel about it and it's well beyond its heyday and the food was often cold. The food selection at lunch was way better than dinner... and not much in the way of sweets either...

Loved the view, location everything was nearby, loved the pool and also the staff was great!

That they gave my room key to an unwanted guest without my consent
