Always we stay here at Hotsson Im Acapulco it's just walk to beach out back across sand. It's staff is exceptional mostly. Very helpful valets, he brings luggage to room and will bring ice to you because machine was broken but they fixed it that Very night. Ac is great but had no extra blanket use to but we made do because they still fixing from the very bad hurricane, no phone in rooms they wasn't done yet. Our room was king bed with sofa ocean view but was a side room ocean to right but veiw was still exceptional. 11th floor.

Rooms lacked a main light, so were a bit dark. The hotel is still in the process of opening after the hurricane, but more than enough facilities for the number of guests.

I really appreciate the level of service in the dining room; the staff was very pleasant. Next, I also appreciate the extra mile Gabriel (the tourist planner) offered when I left the hotel to take my bag to the taxi at the end of the hotel driveway. The New Year's Eve pirate inspired theme was truly beautiful.

I didn't like that the hotel lacked sufficent hot water for bathing. My showers were luke warm, which wasn't desirable for the duration of my visit. The hotel elevators stop working at one point and I had to climb the stairs to the top floors for two days.

Only a very few employees spoke English It’s beach front but hotel is not allowed to use it I assume u need to pay someone Also wish there was a dedicated children pool and an adults only area Entertainment would be nice at the pool bar if the pool bar was open. Wasn’t when we were there so drink wait time was long

No food service in rooms or pool

The room was great, just what I needed. Wasn't too small, the view from the 16th floor was awesome saw the beach day & night. Location was perfect, we either walked to our destination or we took a taxi. Nothing was too far. I'll stay here again if I'm in Acapulco.

Nothing big, just checking in did take longer than expected, only two employees in the front desk helping 5-6 guests. Would help if they had more help checking in guests. Making the progress faster so we as guests could start enjoying our accommodations. Not a big problem... it's understandable @ times.

The property is in a great location, on the beach. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable offering a good night’s sleep.

Adding a small fridge in the room would be great.

Great location - right on the beach/sea-front. Wonderful pool and nearby facilities. Rooms are clean. Views are great from everywhere in the hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Amazing buffet 3 times a day - lots of choice for all tastes and the price is reasonable.

The hotel would benefit from a renovation: the design of the rooms looks really old and even locks on the balcony door are already broken.

Rooms after renovation, there are still visible traces of mold in the corners, but in general, the condition of the room is 5-. Ocean View Rooms AMAZING VIEWS through the panoramic walls of the room and two balconies in each room. It is worth living in this hotel even because of this view. The hotel is located on a wide enough beach, where a section of the beach for the hotel's sun loungers is fenced off. There is good infrastructure around the hotel - a lot of restaurants, a market. The hotel has quite good varied breakfasts, only, unfortunately, tasteless fruits.

On Friday nights and on weekends, the hotel is a nightmare - dominated by local tourists. Queue 100 meters at the reception. Breakfast queues. Busy sunbeds. There is a huge crowd of people on the beach. Local musicians gather at dinner, which local tourists applaud - but it is impossible to listen to it, a hellish cacaphony that interferes with rest, sleep, and personal affairs. Don't come to this hotel on the weekend!

This place was awesome, the location was great for venturing out for food or sights as its right in the middle of the beach. The sunsets were stunning from all of the views from our room. The hotel is super clean and the staff was excellent. The hotel restaurant was very good as well. The nightly happy hour was a welcome touch to go down and meet other people. The pools were very nice and relaxing and you could always find a nice spot to sit and lay down to enjoy the sun.
