The position is superb, next to a forest area in a quiet bay. Not in the main Acapulco area, which was fine by us. Lobby area/ bar is lovely, open and airy. Small but clean beach. Absolutely lovely staff and we had a package that included a great breakfast and free drinks 6-7 pm ! They have a hotel Cat who is really cute.
There was some building works going on , some kind of pagoda restaurant, will be lovely when it’s done but was a bit noisy at times. Didn’t affect our stay really.

Everything!!! Staff was super nice, food was great, valet was awesome, facilities where beautiful, the room was gorgeous, location was perfect and I loved Muñeca the cat boss! 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone going to Acapulco.

The private beach is outstanding, it is like a blue and green pool where fish swims around you. staff in the pool and beach are very friendly. the hotel is located in a bay with great views.
Rooms are old and some furniture is broken (ie WC). the hotel is very safe because access is restricted, but you need a car to go anywhere outside of the hotel as food in the hotel is not great and it is very pricey.

Food and service at the restaurant were excellent!! Staff really took the time to make sure we were getting everything we needed.
Some construction was still going after the hurricane but it was expected.

The hotel views are stunning, and since it was low season, I got to enjoy a kid-free pool (a must for me, since I'm a solo traveller). The room was huge and comfortable, but some of the furniture is starting to show wear. The bed was comfy and I was grateful that the staff let me check out at 2 pm. I loved that the hotel has its own semi-private beach.
Food is only OK and is definitely overpriced. The hotel could use some renovations (it looks very much like it stayed in the 90s).

The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, while the hotel itself went the extra mile with a wonderful surprise upgrade, free breakfast and no parking fees. Fantastic experience!

The various pools and different areas to be in.
Some things need a little updating, however, though, just in the week of our visit new umbrellas were put in. The lobby furniture could be updated and more comfortable.

We've been going to same hotel for 7 times, and love it more every time. The staff is great but the waitress in the breakfast restaurant are stars, Ricardo, Juan Jose and Humberto. It feels like visiting family right now. We were actually worried about them during the pandemic and were glad to see them again, and hearing that their families are ok as well. Camino Real has built a great team and leaves the bar very high up. Congrats!
A lady (guess) brought het "students" for few days and was trying to teach some meditation lessons and wanted to occupied space in the beach that all the other guests have the right to use. I would recomment the staff to pay attention to guests that want to step on other's guest rights.
