The stay was comfortable, and got added due to the excellent team of staffs , all the staffs are too good, supportive and everyone is having a ready to help attitude. A big Kudos to Mr. Carlos who is at reception ! He was having such a welcome attitude, helped us by personally coming and giving water bottles in night time, also suggested couple of good places and menu/restaurant to try in Acapulco. This certainly added a lot of value add to my stay (especially when you are a foreigner and dont know Spanish)...God Bless you Carlos !

The rooms were clean, comfortable and big enough for my family. The kids enjoyed being able to go to the beach and then the pool. Everything was clean. Carlos at the front desk was very attentive and made sure to take care of any problem we encountered.

We had 2 rooms but the room I was personally staying in had problems with the air conditioner. It wouldn't cool at all and during the day it got uncomfortably warm. We had to be transferred to another room due to this issue.

I wish breakfast was more American options, cereals Vs Mexican..how much hot sauce can you eat? Mexicans love spicy food and hot food but not for breakfast..didn't like the flying flies over the fruit plates, ants are a problem by the pool it qould be nice if they sprayed for insects. Not enough wall outlets near bed.

I liked the hotel.

That i got food poisoing from a ranch dressing at the hotel. I order some pizza and boneless with ranch dressing while i was at the pool with my family , and got sick for 3 days throwing up going to the bathroom like crazy that i had to go to the doctor and get medicine for it, 4 inyeccions and pills treatment for 5 days.

First of all a shout out to Carlos on the front desk. He looked after my reservation with real care and made sure I got the room I requested and this was something that was really important to me. Carlos is an outstanding concierge and his management should reward him for his outstanding customer service. The room and view from the king suite are fantastic - truly spectacular. Bed is comfortable and the late night pool is fun. I can't wait to return.

location was perfect to explore both sides of the bay, our room & the adult pool had an amazing view of the bay & beaches.

not allowed to drink beers in the pool, the A/C was good but not as cold as I would prefer.

I liked the attention of the personnel in general, the beautiful view and also the view in the swimming pool

When we did the check in we asked for 2 keys and the girl refused our request, she said that she could give it us until the next day. Until we asked it again and again :(. I also would like to have a more complete view of the beach in the room.

Location was great with open views. The Staff was nice and the bar at the swimming pool could make good cocktails fast. I enjoyed the sound of the waves cracking the shore at night but I could not avoid a couple of mosquitoes. The room did not have refrigerator however.

Hotel is right on the coast close to everything. Daily room service is great and a comfortable bed.

Food and drinks were a little pricey

View exceptional! Great location. Staff pleasant and well run. Checking in and out was very quick.

The hotel was a bit dated. Not as well appointed with toiletries. Towels, not as new as I would have expected but certainly adequate. The balcony needed more attention.
