Very nice location, near the bus station, the beach and other interesting places, as well as restaurants.
Understandable that after the Hurricane Otis they have not restored everything yet, but the hotel equipment looks old anyways.

The lady at the check in desk was fabulous! Very understanding and accommodating. Friendly and always greeted the visitors with a smile. The drinks were good and the price was awesome for the all inclusive stay.
It is an older hotel with some wear and tear and needs some maintenance The housekeeper asked us to clean our room before she came in to clean it. And was rude because there was a towel on the floor not by the bathroom.

Rooms dirty,all 3 nights didn't clean room 2 nights had to chase towels 6 pm couldn't shower didn't have towels, I reported blood and urine stains on sheets never changed them I guess you get what you paid for, my mistake, never ever would stay again in this hotel.
