Beautiful Pool area, many chairs! Shade available! Very CLEAN & comfortable Comfortable BEDS!!! All room close to pool. Great snacks/ lunch Food available Breakfast Phenomenal! Free parking! ***WONDERFUL Breakfast!!!! And all very nice & HARD Workers!! *MARY ITZEL- Wonderful server! The pillows on the beds are terrible... The security guy following me every time I came in the facilities like I'm a little kid telling me where to park and how far back and if I'm Crockett very annoying

Our room was very big, also the bathroom and especially the shower. The bar tender was very nice (Alejandro). The area of the hotel was beautiful and quiet.
We arrived at 16:30 and were not able to go into our rooms immediately but had to wait 30 min. That's a bit strange for me, as check-in starts at 15:00. We had the possibility to wait at the bar on the pool, but they didn't offer a free coffee or anything for the delay. We arrived after driving the whole day and were really looking forward to enjoy a shower.

It is always nice to see familiar faces, they are nice and friendly! The rooms are comfortable and decent.
The ac unit wasn’t working properly in one of the rooms 304 besides that everything was fine

Hotel Costa Azul is our favorite place to stay in Acapulco. Once we discovered this gem in 2016 on a drive from Playa Zipolite to Seattle, well, we just keep coming back. We have now stayed 7 times at the Costa Azul and I'm sure we'll return again. We love the pool, the parking, it's clean, and for the price it's a steal.
