The hotel in general.

When requested room service, they include the tip to the charge, not knowing it was included, one of our rooms offered a tip to the room service person and he accepted it twice. The other room offered the tip and the person that brought the room service said that it was included and didn't accepted it. In my opinion, a "tip" is voluntary, why do they add a tip to the room service price? I'm not against tipping, but the should call it "room service charge" not a "tip" after realizing that, I went to the coffee shop outside the hotel and paid $80 pesos for a large, way better quality coffee, versus $280 pesos for a small less quality cup of coffee at the hotel plus a tip.

The shower had decent pressure. It is a 4 star hotel which a pool and a restaurant at the bottom. Not a lot of options on short notice in this area during the holidays, so it was a nice find.

It’s old and really needs updating. Looks like it was gorgeous 50 years ago. Reminds me of the older casino hotels in Vegas. The restaurant is also way overpriced for the taste, but the servers are excellent.

Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities were a bit dated and we would recommend booking at minimum a Junior Suite over the standard rooms. Big difference between the two.

Not pleased with the standard rooms, had to upgrade to Jr. Suite in order to get decent TV, water pressure, better smelling room and more space.

The Restaurant service and the friendly Staff (Pablo and Felipe) good food and drinks. Front desk very helpful.

The pool was dirty and they never cleaned. I Had to call front office twice to get my room cleaned.

inside the hotel is beautiful with pool and jacuzzi. it only had 4 floors so it was a perfect size for us. Room service was very fast and very good. we have stayed there 5 times and plan to stay again next weekend. A wonderful large shower.

There were small stains on the carpet in the room. the curtain could not be closed all the way. The jacuzzi was disappointing because it was not hot enough and only 1 jet putting out water.

The fact that they have two pools. 1 indoors and 1 outdoors was awesome. And yes, both were open for us. You just have to ask.

Was not expecting the catholic religious pics right on top of the beds. I don´t remember seeing that on any of the advertisement. If you are not catholic, this may throw you off a bit. It did me.

I’m glad the pool area was finally open.

The air conditioning system was hard to get working. I put the fan on instead. I was seated at the buffet area and I just wanted some pancakes, eggs, sausage, and bacon with a glass of orange juice. I wasn’t attended to on time so I left and ordered out to eat instead.

It was a nice comfortable hotel

It was not around any restaurants. When I reserved hotel thru Booking.com, it included breakfast. The hotel did not include breakfast. They said that they wouldn’t honor it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, great food!

I can’t think of a thing we did not like. We had a wonderful time

Room very clean and all amenities worked well. Swimming pools were good and parking was great.

Reception staff were not very friendly.
