I loved the location of this hotel. Conveniently located at a huge shopping mall that offers many stores, bars and restaurants. it is also located in a safe and luxurious area. Lobby and gym area was clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. Room service was great.

The staff was not the most attentive in the POOL AREA. For services here (more often than not) we would have to go up to the staff to request any service and if they did come around it would take them about an hour to check if we needed anything else. ALSO the pool had a mold issue & a strong scent of chlorine with tiles coming off. For a 4 year old hotel, the pool on the terrace is looking run down. It is a shame because the views are breathtaking.

Pool area was nice and big, but pool itself was a bit smaller than anticipated and closes a bit early. Staff was very attentive. Hotel was clean, modern style and very new looking overall (see comments below), although a bit sterile. In a nice neighborhood attached to beautiful, partially open boutique mall with lots of nice shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and pillows

Views from rooms are ok, as ugly discarded construction pieces or sloppily finished tar roof exterior visible to guests when looking outside rooms. Should put lots of plants or something more pleasant to see. Lots of sun and heat enter corner rooms with wooden floors that look a bit worn. Other rooms have carpeting. Toilet seats were lose or broken, but fixed. Corner of hallway not vacuumed with lots of dust etc. upon arrival but corrected. Otherwise hotel looked very clean.

It’s a new hotel so it’s very nice, spacious room, amazing bed and shower. The food from breakfast and restaurant is also super delicious. The hotel is at a shopping mall which can be very handy if you need to buy something.

The acoustics are bad between rooms. Walls are paper thin. Luckily I didn’t have neighbors from my room the whole stay until the last night - which was super super loud. I could hear anything. So if the hotel is not so full, it’s amazing. Ah, and the pool area tends to get overcrowded.

the location was awesome right outside the door was shopping, restaurants, movies, and more. The pool area is very nice, the staff was very accommodating. The manager was very nice.

It took 2 days to get a iron sent to the room and to get small face clothes.

the rooftop pool and bar is great place to lounge during the day and found the service and space better there then at comparable hotel in the area! the gym is also neat and has everything one may need.

Maybe its because of an off season visit but the rooftop pool bar opening at 12am is a bit late. If they don’t serve food or drinks till 12 thats fine but they could open up the area and serve just coffee.

Location is great, shopping center is right near the hotel entrance. Rooms are very clean and view from the window is great. Will definitely stay there next time.

Request for additional $7 for good wifi connection is dissutisfying. Why not including it to the room rate and providing it for free? Other than that, everything is great.

Exceptional stay. Loved the view and the room. The mall is located is amazing. Recommended, the breakfast is very good!!

the hotel was always clean, the staff were so welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. the food was delicious and we loved the mall right outside.
