Breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect. The staff was very nice.

We arrived late at night. They told me at the front desk that they were about to cancel my reservation because I didn't confirm, but I never received a confirmation email or anything like that. They told me that the only room they had left had a king bed and not a double bed like the one I booked. I was with my family, so it was not a big problem for me, but for other guests it could be an awkward situation. So I suggest you update the availability constantly to avoid confusion.

The location was great you could walk to a near by restaurant/market. Valet on all times . Breakfast was great the staff was friendly.

For an executive hotel it really meets a high standard of comfort on a budget. The room was spacious and very comfortable with all you might need. Breakfast was included and the food is of excellent quality and variety. You will immediately notice it was prepared by professional chefs. You will not be hungry for a while!

Be aware of the cantina/bar across the street. Music stops late at night. I guess it is unfortunate for the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent!!! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. the hotel is located walking distance from many local stores, restaurants, and ransoms businesses.

The fitness center was three pieces of equipment (treadmill/stationary bicycle/elliptical machine). there were no towels, water or weights. The fitness center is on the roof, it is outdoors and no way being cooled off. Tirón seemed a bit dated, but was clean nonetheless…..definitely not a dealbreaker.

Breakfast exceeded all the expectations. Room is very comfortable with useful furniture. Shower is very good. Staff is always helpful. Complementary water every day. Clean, cozy, beautiful.

There is no fridge in the room but we really didn't miss it because weather in Guadalajara is perfect.

We loved the location and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was really good. We had an AC issue that was resolved immediately. There is a pharmacy not to far away and the roads were not that busy during our time there.

The stairs leading into the property are directly where cars are received. One of my children was almost hit by a client that was adjusting their truck to park in front for the valet to take the car. Not good.

Clean comfortable and close to where I needed to go. Restaurant is a plus. Third time stayed there.

Breakfast is good but almost totally centered on Mexican foods. Little choice for gringoes.

It was a great place to stay. The room is really large and we enjoyed the comfortable bed! The breakfast had many option so you can choose beetween sweet and non sweet meals. The staff was very helpful and nice.

In the bathroom we saw mold in the shower. For vegan the breakfast isn't very well.
