The hotel was lovely, located in a beautiful area near a major avenue and offering a wide range of amenities. The staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay in Guadalajara.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located near the train tracks, which can be quite noisy at times. Aside from that, everything else was truly enjoyable.

I loved the staff. The room was spotless and the restaurant was good. The staff was helpful and helped with finding best transportation to various locations . A very good experience overall.

Isometimes I could hear noise from adjoining rooms. I would have liked a more mobile shower head . I forgot a shower cap and my hair would get wet. These are minor observations. Overall a good stay.

I loved the staff and the hotel itself was good. The pool was kept clean, room service was always available, and the hotel it's self was about 10 mins away (driving) from the center, mall and about 30 mins away from the airport. If your into the night life 2 strip clubs are next door.

What u didn't like was on a Saturday afternoon. I asked for room service, and I left the room thinking it was going to be like 30 mins. Me and my wife left for the pool. We waited a but and went back only to find our room door was wide open and unattended. I gave the lady the benefit of the doubt that she would come back. We stayed in our room and waited. I ended up taking a nap. My wife did her makeup. And about 90 mins later the housekeeping lady showed up to do the beds. I was so upset but glad that I had stayed around. Who knows what would have happened if someone else would have walked in my room. All of our belongings, passports, and bag of money /purse was left in the room. Watch the housekeeping people.

Good location, "Al Eden" restaurant food very good with affordable prices. The staff was very kind and always available to help. The train would pass near the hotel at least twice a day, specially at night if you are a light sleeper you will hear it, otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Currently the pool is under renovation.

We were overall happy with our stay. The staff at reception were kind and friendly. They held our luggage twice in our stay. The room was really big and super good air conditioner that exceeded our expectation. It was quiet and the room we had was well insulated from sound. The food and drinks was a reasonable price

We spent quite a bit on food and drinks. While the crepes and the club sandwich was good the chocolate volcano postre was not the best. It was dry and not lava in the middle like you would hope. Service was Not to fast but over all, efficient. Yes the train is loud but it didn’t last too long and our room was positioned best for minimal noise

Excellent throughout, super clean and comfortable, nice deco too! Nice gardens and sitting area to relax.

Access to the property, too many cars and little space to manoeuvre, but most of all, the proximity to the train tracks, the noise is deafening when the train goes by at least 6 times through the night

The room is spacious and so it the bathroom

The train passed, and the horn blew throughout the night. For a two-bedroom, there are not enough towels. Only two were provided, so we had to ask for more. No floor towels or washcloths were provided. All towels were oversized only.

Overall the hotel is good for the price, the bed was comfortable and the staff were great. Also the gym was good. The location is great, there are restaurants nearby.

There was food (maybe from room service) that wasn’t collected so the smell was bad. Also the pool was a bit dirty and super cold.

The hotel had a lovely pool as well as a restaurant on the premises. I didn't eat there but it was a nice feature. Location was a short walk to the Chapelita district. Loved that there was a comfortable chair in the room for reading!

The hotel was spotless, beautiful rooms and the staff was friendly.

Even though the restaurant staff was friendly, they were always out of stuff. We wanted to have mixed drinks one evening, and the lady said they didn't know how to make them. The next day we went for breakfast and it was cold. And the train, its really loud
