The hotel is well located in a safe neighborhood, with a restaurant conveniently situated just across the driveway and many more within walking distance. It's also close to the U.S. Consulate—only about a 15-minute walk—making it ideal if you have consular business. For those working on-site, the hotel provides desktop computers, laptop charging stations, and free printing, which is a great convenience. I stayed in a king room, which felt more like a mini condo. The bedroom is separated from the living space, and there’s a small kitchen—perfect for longer stays. Most of the other guests appeared to be traveling for business. The breakfast was excellent, offering both light options and hearty Mexican dishes, so there's something for everyone.

Occasionally, the electricity would briefly cut out—typically once a day and for less than a minute. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, as the outages were brief and nothing to be concerned about. I visited in mid-spring, when temperatures were consistently over 90 degrees, so I assume the power grid was under strain due to the heat.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, very good breakfasts (eggs/ meat, fresh fruit, fresh juices, cold cuts, excellent coffee) and very good free meals during social hour (tacos, meats, nopales, etc) Hotel was very clean and well cared for by the staff. The small kitchen was helpful. Close to Glorieta Minerva and an award winning chocolatier.

My room had a modern, functional design. I appreciated the big fridge and the numerous power outlets (including USB ports). Staff were attentive and efficient and they let me do an early check in. The hotel is located in a newer, trendy, safe and walkable area of the city.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff did not leave water bottles and a laundry bag when I first checked in (but they took care of the issue right away). Other than that, my stay was extremely pleasant.

This suit is excellent, you got everything you need. Including refrigerator, little kitchen and laundry. The place is clean and nett, and they even provided the “the social” which offering snacks and drinks!

The laundry somehow smells not good and the dryer cannot dry clothes very well.

I am a frequent guess with the Hotel in Guadalajara, and US. I normally have coffee, fruit and/or pastries. I have never been disappointed with the food or the room. Grateful for the free laundry.

I really could not think of anything that I asked for/expected and did not receive. This location is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Guadalajara. Could not ask for more.

Very good location, good amenities and overall clean and cozy.

Breakfast could be better, it was a bit small and understaffed. The beds are too soft for my taste and noise from around the bars and hallway are a bit high. The refrigerator inside the room was also very noisy.

I like the location, facilities and the breakfast provided.

I find moving from parking to the other building and then up to the lobby and then the room difficult. The luggage carts are difficult to manage. My husband says he will not return because of the luggage carts.

This is the ONLY place to stay in Guadalajara! The staff is exceptionally helpful - really above and beyond. Breakfast is excellent and a real plus. I will return!

I tried to book for the following week and the hotel was full. Not good for me, but it shows how much people love this hotel.

Hotel facility is very good. Speciallly laundry machines are very useful during travelling.

Clean and relatively new building and facilities. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly.

That our friend's wallet was stolen from their room. It was taken by someone from the cleaning staff. Management did little to help get it back.
