Big and clean room, good location and delicious breakfast

Very clean, very comfortable bed, great AC.

Only half a roll of paper in the bathroom, the listing on Booking.com said "city view" but the view outside the window was literally an abandoned building which seems to be a drug house

Location was fine, not very central but good enough. Breakfast was very mexican, not much variety, no fresh vegetables for example and no bread. But it was good. Bed was comfy, the room was big and clean.

Noise isolation not good enough from the street and corridor.

Everything you look for on a downtown stay was at this hotel. Our packages and luggage were considerable and the bellman took everything to our room quickly and efficiently. Nice hot showers and linen. Great breakfast in the morning , good coffee great service 4 or 5 entrees fresh fruit juice, you name it. Then when we were making our plans to return to our residence the hotel not only called a taxi for us but located a driver that drove us 3 hours back home with all our luggage and equipment. What an amazingly caring and motivated staff. We were blown away.

The lobby area was a little too small to accommodate everyone.

The hotel was clean the staff was attentive the reception was not very friendly but everyone else is. There's a great breakfast selection except if you're vegan you'll find very limited options.

There's no noise canceling anywhere. You can hear everything from the hallway into your room and if someone is being loud in another room too. The doors closing and opening from the the hall are also heard in your room. They need some carpets and better sealed doors.

The Hotel is in a good area, I felt safe. The employees were very helpful! Everything was very clean

That there was no washer machines, like it advertised on their website.

We loved the free parking, the bedroom with great Totalplay wifi and tv. The hotel let me stay an extra 30 minutes after checkout so I could watch my football/soccer match on Sunday lunch time. The free breakfast was nice mixture. It’s isn’t like staying in the historic centre but getting around the city and in and out to home it is a good location

Despite that the rooms were cleaned daily, we found long hairs, (which were not ours since we are both short hair) on the bed and floor. Also they could have more variety on breakfast buffet, perhaps omelettes and eggs made at the moment would be great.

Great breakfast. Great valet parking service. Good AC in rooms. Nice details in the room (free wine and peanuts).

Front desk staff could be more polite. Noisy. No individual lamps or reading lights on bed.

New hotel with modern amenities, great breakfast, and lovely staff. They are building a little pizzeria on the top floor of the restaurant which should be open by Summer of 2023 as well!

The location is off a busy street; not really a walking area.
