The staff was great, always attentive. The restaurant had the best Lebanese food. The room was better than expected, with a fantastic city view. Free coffee and cookies in the morning. The neighborhood was very walkable, with good restaurants within a short walk. Three to five blocks away, through a nice neighborhood, there is a pharmacy, bakery, and restaurant.

There was a minor maintenance issue that was fixed as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk.

The property was very clean and impeccable service from the bellhops, concierge and housekeeping. I love the large windows and great views! Great location. Bilingual staff. Massages were great!

The management at first were rather snobby however after a view days they became quite friendly when I they say I had a renowned journalist as a friend. The pool is more like a small jacuzzi. Not much relaxation space on the relaxation area!

Great location, beautiful building, very kind staff. The views from the 14th floor and the price to quality were outstanding!

The sheets were not soft. The layout of the bathroom was… unique. Solid dark glass walls for the bathroom that were see-through when the light is on. Your partner will see everything.

The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant and sports bar were amazing. Also, the gym was very clean and had a variety of great quality (Life Fitness) equipment 🙂, but the AC was off ☹️.

We reserved a king size bed, but were given a double bed upon arrival. I explained we needed a king size, per our reservation, but were told none were available. It was too uncomfortable to sleep in a single (full size) bed. So, my wife and I slept in separate beds during our stay 😒. Also, the AC had an auto-shutoff when we would leave the room. So, we would come back to a hot room.

The location. It is pretty close the Chapalita, a very nice place to walk. Nice restaurants in the area.

I received a phone call in the morning very loud, it scared me. Its ok calling but the phone rang very noisy and loud. There are several devices such as the alarm and telephone that emit bright uncomfortable colors during the night. The coffee machine was not working properly.

EVERYTHING This hotel was beautiful, clean and friendly! The staff went above and beyond everytime even with small things like asking about the nearest pharmacy, they would print a map and draw the directions for us. The rooms were beautiful, we were able to get a room on the 10th floor that had stunning views over the city of Guadalajara. We had a few injuries and family members who required wheelchairs and the hotel let us borrow the wheelchair our entire trip. Breakfast had fresh fruit and eggs and beans and an assortment of other delicious veggies and goodies and was great for the price each morning! The pool is quite small however it was still fun to sit in for a while and the gym is very nice and has great equipment for use! Bathrooms are so spacious and have hairdryers, lotion, shampoo, razor etc! It was about 15 min from downtown Guadalajara but you can walk around the hotel down a few streets and find a whole strip of restaurants and ice cream shops and parks to relax at. Such a great stay!

The pool was smaller and a little dirty but that can be overlooked and is minor compared to the rest of the hotel!

We were at the hotel because it was very close to the Doctors and hospitals that we needed for our operations! The managament and staff treated us as if we were family!!

We were not in love with the restaurant. How ever we were very close to a lot of super restaurants

The hotel itself is so elegant, the service is 1000/10. The staff is so FRIENDLY. I felt like I was being spoiled with such amazing service. The room we stayed at was a twin bedroom and it was perfect for my partner and my toddler! I was amazed at the amazing service! I love it. I will definitely be staying here again :) if I ever come back.

The design and quality of rooms were excellent and the view of the city on the 12th floor outstanding.

We asked for corkscrew for the room which they didn't have. The pool was out of service.
