Very comfortable.

That the front reception contradicts on what they say. I think if someone pays for a whole week to stay in a room. I think they should allow a person to stay and check in early. If they need to charge for checking in just a few hours before they should allowed. We had to wait for 7 hours to check in it’s unfair. Beside we checked out 6 hours before checkout hour. 🫤

I think the strength of this hotel was its staff. You were never unattended when in public spaces, from the moment your car enters the property to the time we were walked up to our room by an employee with our luggage. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional. The hotel is clean and modern looking and the rooms were really nice. We arrived early but were able to stow our luggage safely; we received a claim tag and an employee took it away. Several of the staff spoke English so we never felt like we didn't know what we were doing. The two young men who were working the front desk in the evenings even helped us to recover a cell phone left in a taxi by interpreting a phone call for us. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the need arises.

The only thing that wasn't great were the beds, a bit on the hard side.

Great location, awesome mall next to it. I’m sure they have better room options, like the pic, the room I stayed in was regular, nothing fancy. The hotel is safe, has parking, and it’s in a great location. If you are looking for something with more personality and extravagance this place is not it. This is more of a take a shower and sleep in a safe place in a great location.

Staff was wonderful, welcoming. Their location is very convenient to so many things in the northern half of Guadalajara.

I reported a small plumbing issue to be fixed easily.

Great location although it's easy to miss the entrance. Nice facilities, nice rooms.

Some things didn't quite work or didn't work well, like the TV and AC controls, the door lock, or some of the lighting. A couple of drawers were dirty. In general, the room needed better upkeep.

I had an ups delivery arriving the same day I did ( with my name and arrival date in the address)and the hotel staff turned it away.

I got to the hotel at 3 AM, the staff was very friendly and sorted out my check in very smoothly. Room service breakfast was delicious! The location is ideal, right next to a shopping mall and easy to get to main avenues. The taxi service they provide to the airport is affordable and more reliable than any mobile platform.

Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like sewage. Something else to consider, when I got into my room it looked as though the room hadn't been booked in a while and therefore the staff hadn't bothered to clean it. Toothpaste on a chair, some sort of syrup in the remote control, I even had to kill a couple of mosquitoes before I went to sleep.

Comfortable beds, good location and great attention. Breakfast was also very good.

Cleaning service staff radio volume was very high and you can listen even if inside the room.

Not enough light in the room

nice hotel next to mall with everything you need. close to centro and andares. Restaurant is good

just the internet. logs off every 1 hour and you have log on again. poor connection in some rooms.
