Wonderful stay! The check-in experience at the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The room was also very clean and the finishes were of high quality. We were especially impressed with the appliances, which were all from well-known brands such as Teka, Whirlpool, and Helvex. The hotel also has a great outdoor grilling area, which was perfect for cooking up a barbecue dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Upon arrival at my room, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was a faulty odor trap, but it was unpleasant and made it difficult to relax in the room. The hotel's fitness center was also quite small and under-equipped. It only had two treadmills, an elliptical machine, and a limited weight machine. There were no free weights available for other types of workouts. Additionally, there were very few places to sit near the pool. This was a problem when I wanted to supervise my children while they played in the water, as there was no lifeguard on duty

the bed, shower and the fact the room had a tiny kitchen - it was rather useful. also, it is located in a tiny mall with a couple cafes and restaurants.

it’s not far from things, but is also not super near - you have to uber to places (or ask a friend for a ride or rent a car). I’m almost sure there’s public transportation available as well, but I honestly wouldn’t know since I’ve never used it.

one thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi would go away at times and they smart tv could not connect to internet, which didn’t have Netflix or anything just a few limited channels

The service is great friendly customer service, I use uber eats the guy drop the floor on the reception as safety and precaution and the management deliver my food to my room love it

Is kind of tricky to access the hotel is on the 2nd floor but about that everything was fine

Very comfortable bed, Hotel is in the mall with many restaurants and coffee shop, had everything I wanted within the mall.

Only thing that was missing was a couch like they have in staybridge hotels which I believe are sister companies..other than that, everything was perfect.
