Reserving room was easy. Checking was a bit slow compared to other large properties but there were no problems. The interior lobby area is very nice with large baskets of day lillies. There are several dining options. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed is very nice with high quality bedding and pillows. The chairs for the small table by the window were stylish but very uncomfortable. The HVAC is complicated and requires a call to the front desk to figure out how to use it but then was easy. The tv system has abundant programming to watch. The bathroom is compact but efficient and the amenities for shampoo, soap and conditioner was very good. One towel was scratchy but the rest were nice and fluffy. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve never been to a Hard Rock property before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The building was iconic, easily recognizable, and was on the higher price point for the area. The staff was friendly in both English and Spanish, extending more than comfort, but a willingness to help throughout my stay. Everyone was so nice.

The coffee cups at breakfast were really small. Maybe 200ml or so. The restaurant attendant got his exercise, while I wondered why they didn’t just have bigger cups. 500ml would have been a perfect size.

The location was great and the staff were really nice. Definitely a place I will rebook in the future, as the hotel was overall a great stay.

I was very excited about the food, including the famous burger, but the food that I received through Room Service was almost inedible. The burger was not cooked well and had this strange bitter taste to it. The bolognese/lasagna was actually inedible - the top was hard as cardboard and you couldn't cut through it with utensils, and the sauce it came with was some weird broth with cheddar cheese ( I think it was cheddar, not actually sure).

I've stayed in Hard Rock hotel for 3 nights in November 2023. It is close to our company office so this was one of the key factors to select this hotel. I like the cleanliness of the room and friendly stuff, also despite having the room on 10th floor the elevator was quite efficient. There is a tiny OXXO supermarket located somewhere in a basement floor with the entrance thru the parking garage, despite the google map info it was open around 12am, so I was quite happy to find it when I wanted a late snack.

Hotel was expensive for my period of stay. However, I just checked some other days and the price was ok. For the lowlights, I would highlight that you will get a pretty boring view to some industrial zone and cargo trains. There is a tiny shop complex connected to the hotel, but I could not find any coffee place where you can seat in the morning and enjoy cup of coffee. There are not many amenities in general around the hotel, unless you will take 10-15 min walk.

Bed was super comfortable. Shower was lovely Amazing views Coffee was good And appreciated the courtesy items.

The curtains opened but didn’t shut after. Pool was quite cold and in the website says “heated pool” We ordered room service,it was prompt and the food was good but they ran out of pizzas. With 26 floors it is hard to believe that can happen

The staff was amazing and helpful and guided us and recommendation to local activities , restaurants and neighborhoods. Restaurants within the propriety were amazing food , hospitality 10000000000% Would go back and recommend always !

It’s always a pleasure staying at the hard rock. The bellmen were awesome from start to finish. Always looking to help. Especially Octavio. The rooms were clean bed was comfy and the AC cooled down FAST.

The TV was a little confusing to change it to English. Other than that no issues.

Breakfast, service at the desk and restaurant . Convenience of locations, the comfortable rooms, room with a view and all the assistance l received from the people working there. I love the bands every night and the roof top

The different types of restaurants inside the hotel. Breakfast servers are always highly attentive and helpful with the local area if asked. The hotel staff lay the reception were helpful with making the room available promptly as were the bell boys guiding me to my room.

Traveling and going different places means you’ll need cash to go places and I found the atm at the hotel to be in an awkward area maybe if placed in an area with more visibility yet private in the same way would help visitors with money transactions.

All the Staff we had contact with were amazing. Bar and front of house staff were attentive and kind.Food was top quality and plentiful. Rock bands and live music were terrific. Facilities in the bedroom were great. TV and WiFi were excellent

Room decorations were starting to looking a bit tired. We had a corner room on 15th floor and the wallpaper was marked and starting to come away from the wall.
