Good location, close to university. The staff is very friendly and helpful although nobody spoke English. Buffett breakfast offers variety and servers were attentive and kept the dining area clean and turned around tables quickly during peak hour. The room was clean and there's a coffee machine and bottled water for a good cup of morning coffee. Indoor swimming pool was nice.

It is expensive, for an Express Inn it's very expensive, the hotel definitely needs some maintenance for instance the shower head in my room only works on one setting might need some descaling. The gym only has a bunch of treadmills and one tiny weight rack with five sets of weights.

Well located, good sized rooms and good restaurant.

The bathroom area is divided: shower and toilet are closed and sink is in the room area. So, there is no other option to change than the shower/toilet area, but there are no hooks or shelves to keep clothes or toiletries.

Place was great along with the staff and the actual hotel was in a great area, and everything was clean and well taken care of.

The only bad thing about it was that there was no mini fridge! Even the smallest rooms have had at least a small fridge, im unaware if they had one available, but if they did they should just come standard with any room size.

Wonderful breakfast buffet! With very friendly, helpful staff working in the restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the wifi was fast and reliable. A large shopping area with many small shops and a big, nice supermarket is very nearby, easy walking distance just to the next street corner, and a gas station with convenience store is on the same corner. Our room had nice towels, very nice shower supplies, and great hot water with high pressure. The beds are firm but very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was convenient. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant spoke enough english to make us very comfortable. All very good!

The street (Patria) is a busy one, and dpending on the direction of your approach, you must make a slightly difficult u-turn to reach the hotel. But no big deal!

The Room is Clean and the bed is good.

They have a party venue next to the building on weekend expect live music or dj loud music.

I didn’t have breakfast. The location was perfect for me, just went for the weekend to attend a graduation. I like all the toiletries available that you don’t get anymore at other hotels, including a free coffee/tea station right outside my room.

Nothing really, maybe a little bit more of parking spaces. But parking was free, which is a plus nowadays.

They can improove to have better food, i kwon its a hotel but it could be better.

The comforter was dirty and just turned inside so the clean side was showing

The room was huge and the Wi-Fi was fast. The staff was friendly and they helped me with my concerns. I liked their buffet restaurant options. I was there for a night but I would've loved to stay longer.
