Staff and management! Elevators fast and clean

Pillowcases are too small for the pillows. The zipper for the comforter covers should be zipped or tied and placed on the bottom or end of bed. Need washcloths and hand towels that are thicker Carpet in the entry needs cleaning or updatimg

The room has almost everything in space, the pool was so relaxing with a great view, the breakfast was delicious, basically was like you have nearly the entire hotel for your partner and me, and the services view by staff was exceptional.

The only I don't like at all is they put food and drinks in your room, but it's not free, you should pay for them if you take any of them, Maybe you can use a vending machine instead of leaving them in the room food and drinks without any sense. Also, the Rib Eye was not good according to my likes.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The towels and bathrobes had stains. It looks like they don't use clorox or something strong to clean stains from makeup or dirty.

Room was good, nothing exceptional, I do believe they can update tvs as smartvs Cleanness was good , however we found some hairs in the shower

That we need to leave the car every time we arrive to the property at the valet parking

Great location, able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. I felt safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Nespresso coffee in the room was great, but the coffee at breakfast was not good. I wish the pool was heated.

All was great but the gentleman that works at night at the reception desk has the personality of a doorknob. Never said hello unless spoken to. Said hello to other staffers in Spanish and they would not reply. Should be a bit friendlier for working in a luxury hotel. Guys upstairs on fifth floor were awesome!!!

short stay had appointment at the embassy the next day, so wanted a comfortable secure staycation if you will, and it checked all the boxes. the plus was all the great restaurants within 500 m raidius.

Large room

Tv selection cable nothing in English/ Netflix. Also asked for a late check out only for an hr. They said no I could even pay but she didn’t wanna give it to me. Also pass on the breakfast.

Nice luxury boutique hotel in a great location of Guadalajara literally 2 doors down from one of the Top 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America, Alcade. Which is why we stayed here. The Master Suite is a nice size (but doesn’t have a sitting area as you would think by the name). The bed is firm, but fluffy with super nice pillows and linens. The bathroom is great and the rainfall shower head is fantastic with plenty of pressure and hot water. Like the mandarin amenities. We loved that we had a quiet room on floor 1 with a balcony area, but not on the street. Great blackout curtains to sleep all morning and AC was super cold. The mini fridge is fully stocked and they will bring you ice free of charge. The rooftop pool is great and large enough to swim laps. They also give you two drink coupons for the restaurant next door.

Not really, except if you reserve through the hotel it includes breakfast, this should also be included through booking.com rather than an extra $200 pesos per person.

This is an exceptional hotel; small size but with a lot of details in the rooms and elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable and well decored. Amazing shower and bed.

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but I was promised a room within 30-40 min which turned out to be in excess of 90 min.
