The polite and professional performance of the staff was beyond what was expected. The restaurant was clean and the food was well prepared. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the rooms was excellent.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator with the room and an ice machine on each floor. It would also have been nice to have a small store with the hotel for necessities, e.g. toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.

Well located. I had trouble calling an uber one day due to a marathon and road closures. They called a taxi for me which was appreciated since the driver registered with the hotel which made it feel more secure than hailing a cab off the street.

The shower did not have hot water. I called reception and they just told me to lower the water pressure but even with less pressure it still did not heat up.

Lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got sick (no fault of the hotel), and they called a doctor who arrived in less than an hour and charged a fair amount...it was a Sunday morning. He brought his adorable little daughter. They were obviously having a day out. He told my husband exactly where to go to fill the prescription and told him, "No generics." Not a service you could get in the USA. The room service was prompt, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was great.

The staff were kind, specially the valet parking guys, they were amazing. The room was clean, look the same as the pictures and comfortable. the restaurant had tasty food that was delivered to our room on time and ready to eat.

There was some people talking in the hallways during quiet hours. I understand the hotel can’t control that but it will be helpful if they remind about quiet times to guests.

The hotel itself was very pleasant, good Aircon and the rooms were very clean.

We arrived at the hotel an hour and a half early and were asked to wait until our room was ready. We waited in the foyer for a few hours and were kind of forgotten about. We expected the reception to let us know when the room was ready but it wasn't until a new group arrived and got sent straight to their rooms (we had been waiting 3 hours at this point) that we asked if our room was ready. We got the key instantly but it wasn't great to be sitting around for so long. Also (in terms of the area) we had a bit of a problem with the number of homeless people, we were approached by a few (right outside the hotel) who were openly carrying makeshift knives and it really made us feel uncomfortable and pretty much ruined our Guadalajara experience.

The location is very good, it's around the Minerva, with restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities were wonderful, the AC very quiet and the shower hot and comfortable. The pool was on the small side but otherwise clean and nice. The restaurant was fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable.

The key cards would always fail and I'd have to go to the reception to re-issue them. The internet would sometimes fail, which was a big thing for me and the only reason I cannot give the hotel a 10/10 score.

The service was great! The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a short or longer stay. It was a family business but ocassionally we travel to Guadalajara and I work from the hotel. This would be a good hotel for working from as many rooms come with a desk and there is a business center.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance from food, a pharmacy and a mall that has a cinema. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very well organized and knowledgeable. The restaurant had a great staff and delicious menu options including the buffet. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again.

Other guests and their children were very noisy - loud playing and voices in the hallway. Also, I wanted to purchase a glass of wine to take to my room but the restaurant did not allow that.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. Unfortunately, the restaurant which has a very good breakfast buffet isn’t really that great otherwise.

Really, if you need to be in this part of Guadalajara, this is a good bargain and I don’t know if anything comparable
