The staff were all super attentive. The weekend brunch is fantastic. Highly recommended. The hotel grounds are so pretty. We enjoyed just being by the pool, and even in our beautiful room. Also, the staff really came through when we were in a pinch. They had ordered a taxi to take us to the airport. A minute after we walked into the airport, my son realized that his Beats headphones had fallen out of his pocket. We figured it would be a longshot, but called the hotel to see if they might be able to reach the driver. They did! She came back to the airport, we got the headphones, and she got a very big tip. Then the very kind person at hotel who helped called to see if everything turned out ok. That was exceptional support. We would definitely stay here again.

Of all the four and five-star hotels I've stayed at in Guadalajara, your Hotel Bell was the best. I really loved the design, staff politeness, and overall coziness. It was quite quiet, even though my windows faced the fountain. I had a large spacious room with two huge beds. There was a huge shower room, and I really appreciated the details, small touches like the loofah in the bathroom. Another thing I liked was the gym that was open 24 hours. Unlike other hotels where the gym opened at 6 AM, and I like to wake up very early.

What I didn't like was the bed - the mattress seemed too soft, and it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on.

I felt safe, the hotel is very pleasant. Staff is very courteous and very helpful. Overall room was clean did NOT find any hairs in bathroom or bed. It was nice and quiet. Room was very spacious. I had iron board, iron, a safe a mini fridge. Big TV . Loved this hotel!💕 pricy but worth it.

There’s carpet, dirty in some spots. Carpets retain dirt, smell. I needed help with my luggage on check out I called bellboy but the button on phone did not work. I called reception and they never answered.

A beautiful place to stay, you feel that vibe of a palace/Quinta. The staff were very polite and friendly. I loved the big variety of the buffet in the mornings. Everything was so delicious. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Their service is exceptional. It has amazing views around the property and is very green. Their restaurant is big and their bar has great services and also variety. Highly recommended this property. Not too far from Guadalajara centro.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable and the hospitality was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. We had dinner on Saturday evening and everything was tasty, service was exceptional. Sunday before departing we enjoyed their buffet, the options of foods were phenomenal, food quality was great and the ambience so enjoyable. To add to this, if you need to get to a location or need a driver for the whole stay the staff are really helpful in contacting a taxi or a personal driver.

I have nothing bad or negative to say. I just wish my stay would have been longer than 3 days.

The property itself is amazing. I fell in love with this hotel and if I go to Guadalajara I definitely will only stay there.

I didn’t like that at the breakfast I wasn’t told that they had also an a la cart option, besides the buffet. Neither I was told the prices, nobody brought us the menu or a price list. Just a check in the end. Isn’t correct to behave this way when you have options to choose.

Great location , beautiful interior , very comfortable beds, nice food .Very good service . Great concierge service , especially I would like to thank Jaimie Castello, who made our stay in Guadalajara very special . He suggested and arranged great activities and looked after us from the begging to end . Highly recommend the hotel , it is the best one in Guadalajara.

client services felt a bit forced; room amenities were provided for one person only when the room was paid for 3 people. Furthermore, they did not provide more after we requested it. Some staff made us feel as if we were asking them for a favor and did not facilitate services well. That being said, cleaning personnel and security were very friendly and helpful.

The food and bar was amazing. The breakfast buffet on the weekends was outstanding, with great variety with something for everyone. The service from all of the staff from registration to concierge, to the dining room and bar was impeccable! Every interaction was so helpful and friendly.

The coffee! Honestly, that was our only complaint, the coffee was never hot enough and not very good. (You might want to get an espresso machine!)

The property is beautiful! It’s in a great location with great restaurants walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I wools stay here again.
