Hotel has modern appearance, it has spacious reception area as well as the rooms. Beds are comfortable and allow for good night rest. Breakfast is good. Location of the hotel is one of its best bonuses and makes it appealing to both tourists and those arriving for business reasons.

There are several deficiencies like the fixed shower head that does not allow a user to properly wash her/his body and a there was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It would be better that there is no such a dated rug in the room. In the end, the room windows could not be opened making the entire situation not so pleasant.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, we were able to walk to many restaurants and businesses.

There was a distict odor as if the room had been recently painted. Quite unsettling but we got used to it. The bed linens and pillows could be better quality.

Service and room excelent.

You need to change the bathroom towels. Are very old and not soft. Also, change the shampoo and hair conditioner. Are very basic but not very good. In regards to the food, change the food is not tasty at all. The tacos that we ordered from the 24 hours service were June. The meat was like hard plastic with not flavor and not tender. The burger was not well done. In regards to the breakfast, was not tasty, limited and expensive for what we got.

Really nice comforter and pillows on the bed, very nice extras in bathroom amenities, wonderful, shower, pressure and hot water. So nice to have a little fridge for drinks, balcony was also lovely, although you cannot see the view when sitting down because there is a brick wall instead of bars as the railing. But I understand that’s for safety reasons. The suite was well thought out, with a desk if you need to work at even a platform where to place your suitcase, and plenty of hangers in the closet. The suite was well insulated and quiet, and the location was fairly quiet as well, but still closed to restaurants and very walkable. overall a great stay.

Krystal Urban Guadalajara hotel is located in a safe and central location. Conveniently located across the street from a mall, pharmacy, and so much more. The hotel is professional, clean, and the staff are friendly. I recommend this hotel.

The lobby restrooms were not kept and they did not have washcloths.

Had a room on the 11th floor, with excellent conditions. 24hr room service is quite innovative and exceeded expectation. Undoubtedly one of the best I've seen in a while. Staff, Hotel personnel are quite attentive and very helpful. I'll be staying here frequently.

Wasn't able to extend my stay because the hotel was overbooked.

Great room, location, and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to improve really. Would have been nice to have a business center maybe.

Clean and close to restaurants

AC didn’t stay on without room key, but I know its to conserve energy. But! It would have been nice to come to a cold room after being out and about

Balcony view exceeded our expectations. The 24 hour room service was delicious.

We ordered ice every day and never received it once during the entire stay. The floors inside the room need to be cleaned better daily.

This hotel has an excelent location if you want to return from Bariachi after some tequilas and beers. I choose this hotel because I wanted to return waking.
