I was lucky to stay in one of the premium suites which also had a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs. The apartments are great — I stayed a week. Great location with restaurants and cafes close by. Super comfortable king sized bed and a great kitchen/lounge. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The kitchens aren’t stocked with utensils when you arrive, but the staff are happy to provide whatever you need. I requested breakfast bowls, plates, and cutlery and they arrived with basket of items including a kettle, saucepans and cooking utensils. They have a sister hotel down the road, and they let you access the pool and restaurant.

Would be great if the kitchens were stocked on arrival and included basic items like dishwasher, sponges and a kitchen towel.

The room was so beautiful, with a private patio and lots of art. The grounds are lush and private. A beautiful spot!

There was no access to drinking water! We were given a small bottle of water upon arrival and had to continually ask for more water. The hotel clerk seemed less and less amenable to giving us more water. A garafun on the property would easily solve that problem. There is also a lovely kitchen but NO utensils, dishes, pans, coffee maker. Nada! We asked for a coffee maker and were given one but then...we needed more water! At the price, drinking water should be flowing and the kitchens should be stocked.

Great location, restaurant right next to it, spacious, great sheets , pillows and shower. Access to pool at the Hotel Demetria. Wonderful staff.

I stayed in a bungalow with full kitchen but it wasn’t equipped. Had to ask if I wanted ice or filtered water every day. They did bring me a coffee maker, but it was an odd set up.

Great location close to many restaurants and shops with a neighborhood feel. The room had its own kitchen where we brewed our coffee (the staff provided a small coffee maker) and the bed was really comfortable. The living room was separated from the bedroom so you could sit and read.

While the hotel cannot control noise, there was an event space that hosted a wild disco party the night we were there. No sleeping until the party stopped. Unfortunately we had an early flight the next morning…

The bathroom floor was in need of maintenance, displaying a few absent tiles and lacking cleanliness. The rooms themselves exude a rather dim ambiance, occasionally suffering from insufficient lighting.

The property was very well located. The feeling of the old style apartment building with the beautiful garden was great! The location was quite, the bed was very comfortable and the AC was good. The interiors had been nicely updated some time ago. The little cafe, Tercio in the front was great.

The unit we stayed had a bathroom with no ventilation other than a hole in the wall above the shower. There should have been an extractor fan there. It was visible that excess moisture was an ongoing problem in the bathroom. The cleaning could have been a bit more detailed, especially in the bathroom. The wifi constantly needed to be relogged into. The $3,000 MX deposit seemed a bit high, and slow to return.

Nice hotel. Our room was a bit special and maybe not the best setup (3D). Decent location in the city but not really Mexican vibe in this neighbourhood. Really liked the coffee house outside the hotel. Also really nice pool area which is at the Demetria hotel 300 m away.

Lovely property, great spacious rooms, bathrooms and sitting room. the staff was always friendly and helpful. Also a great restaurant called Tercio just outside the hotel where we alway had breakfast and lunch, food, service and quality at the highest standards. The "Colonia Americana" is a nice and lovely area to explore not far from the City centre and close to restaurants and bars

Maybe the bed linen needs to be changed because ours was a bit worn, there's a fridge and kitchen but any kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery, glasses just a bottle opener.

Great location! Lovely cafes just outside of the front door- Amelie & Tercio. Room was even bigger than expected, with a lovely terrace. Easy walk to the hotel for hotel amenities. Friendly staff.

We had asked 3 or 4 times to have our room cleaned, and it never happened. It didn't bother us too much- just unusual.

I loved the spacious feel of the place and it was in a lovely location. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom area.
