Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town. I was lucky to stay in one of the modern rooms in the new building. Lush gardens. Beautiful architecture. Loved the design and the timber panels that can be open to reveal floor to ceiling windows. King sized bed was super comfortable and the Nespresso pods were most appreciated. 100% would stay again. Casa ITECA is across the road (architecturally significant/art gallery) and there is a fantastic ramen restaurant (fine dining) a block away. Staff are very friendly and bilingual. There’s also a great little on-sire cafe/bar.

Breakfast is very simple but good. I had an unfortunate incident and my phone was stolen. Lorena, Guillermo and another young man that works the front desk immediately helped us with footage from the security camaras and I was able to file a report. The neighborhood is beautiful and has many cafés and book stores but like any other big city you have to be on your toes. Thankfully we felt completely backed up by the staff which went above and beyond their duties. Guadalajara is a beautiful city and would highly recommend to stay in this boutique hotel. Next time we’re booking the suite which I think would be better maybe match for us. Muchas gracias a todos por su apoyo, les mandamos un abrazote!

The bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels. There’s only one hook on the wall. I think I’m getting picky with age 😂

We have stayed here before and that speaks to why we stayed again. The location to the many bars and upscale restaurants nearby in walking distance. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. Beds are pleasantly comfortable and the staff if hands down there all day and night when you need them. There is a coffee shop on property as well, but a 5-10 walk in any direction will have you at multiple coffee shops or breakfast diners. Rooms are a good size for a small family and they are very accessible. Room attendants are prompt and very courteous, and will go above and beyond. The night front desk agent is a gem, took care of us. Also the landscape attendant is a phenomenal worker and also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Not much to say here but small things, there are new bars located next to the property so if your windows are open you will hear the karaoke. Choose your rooms wisely some are good size for couples but not for small families, 3-4 max would be my limit for their larger rooms. I'm 6'2 225lbs, with that being said some of the rooms have nice but tight bathrooms spaces.

Perfect location in Colonial Americana. A restored old mansion on a nice quiet street. Great patio with cafe, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast.

Our room was a bit strange with a courtyard between the room and the sitting room/entrance. Other rooms had access to small courtyard. It worked out, but should be stated when you book that room.

unfortunately there was no breakfast provided. There is a very nice coffee shop on the property. Super clean, great location, several restaurants within easy walking distance. very comfortable room. Nespresso coffee maker in the room but only coffee for the first morning was provided.

Lighting is very poor. Safe didn’t function. Could use a few more hangers.

We love the location, the cafe right in the beautiful garden. We also love the internal patio connecting our rooms through the old house.

Our rooms had a connecting internal patio but were not told until the following day of our stay. Mosquitos were a problem at night, I wished we would have also been advised to be careful with windows and doors because there are no screens.

Great location to visit and enjoy the city, reliable internet, nice staff, interesting design, comfy bed, good AC. There are a couple of gyms few blocks away that do day passes for a decent price.

The interior design is very nice but unfortunately there is a ceiling window in the bathroom that can't be closed and from the bedroom you can see all the light in the bathroom in the early morning. The lights in the living room are design lights but not strong enough and it's impossible to get a good light in the night. It's a pity they don't allow pets.

I liked the facilities and the area. The mattress was really comfortable, the room was not that big but it was really peaceful and well decorated. The wooden curtains were great for blackout for a good night sleep.

I didn´t like that they left some leftovers on the fridge. The A/C didn´t work as good and it did make a little weird sound. It rained that day so a leak showed up from below the floor that it got my sock wet.

It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful historic neighborhood . Great restaurants around and vegetation. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like the lighting in the room. Only one table lamp. Two would be better. One lamp for each side. Also no coffee for the coffee maker.

The hotel is very pretty and stands out from the rest. Staff is friendly, very clean and the location is awesome, a lot of good restaurants at walking distances. Rooms are comfortable and quiet at night although there’s bars around.

The rooms could use some maintenance but nothing that will ruin your stay. Be aware that there’s no elevator.
