Excellent place, you can walk to almost anywhere and get anything you need, food, local markets, outdoor activities and more! The place is really clean and the staff is very friendly, they'll always look for your comfort.

The room seem to be a little old, it had exposed batteries on the main door, and one of the lights didn't always work, also because it's near the city center is not always quiet and the room doesn't have great sound dampening solutions. Finally I was told to press a button for room cleaning service but it was ignored, both when I pressed it and staff didn't come to clean and when I left it unmarked and staff came in anyways.

The location is greatly convenient, close to many nice places, and easy to move to different parts of the city. You can also walk to many restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and freshly made. The red enchiladas were very our favorite. All the staff were friendly and professional, they made sure our stay was comfortable. We ordered something online, and they received the package while we were out. About the room, it was a spotless, beautiful view from the terrace, AC perfectly working, and an excellent sized bed. We will stay there again for sure.

Be aware that the shower is visible from anywhere in the room, make sure it's not an issue with your tavel companions. Also, the lights at night might not be enough for some people.

The Love It hotel is a small, quaint, modern hotel in the middle of beautiful Chapultepec. There are restaurants everywhere and the neighborhood is safe and nice to walk around in. The hotel staff is very friendly! I enjoyed the room service as I was working in the mornings so coffee was brought to my room daily. The room is well proportioned and has a clear glass shower that separated the bed from the bath! The windows are large with curtains that go all the way to the high ceiling which gives the room an sense of elegance. The rooftop patio is open air and the front lobby patio is surrounded with lots of plush green plants. The lighting illuminates the patio where an evening drink can be enjoyed. I'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller hotel in the middle of a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants next door and across the street.

Just a note to the hotel management: The gym was good but could use a few items like a floor matt for stretching but had most of what is needed for a daily workout. This did not affect the "10" rating.

Photos of the room are accurate. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Can't stress that enough. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, better than other places I have stayed. Good location to find restaurants, bars, OXXO, nightlife, and cafe within 5-10 minutes walk.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Perhaps if they can begin offering espresso/cappuccino at the cafe would be nice.

I love the location, it less than a block away from Av. Chapultepec. The view in the Jr. Suite is fantastic. Although it is close to the restaurants, bars and clubs, It is very quiet and peaceful.

The only thing I did not like is that there seems there was a water leak from one of the tubs a while back and they have not been repaired. I have stayed in this hotel previously a few years ago the first time I saw the water damage.

The staff was very friendly, the room was okay I would say. The furniture in it was not new, the wooden parts were damaged in some corners. Also the floor is lifted in one part, seems due to the humidity under it from the shower. But overall, it's comfy and equipped room for rest and work. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great, neighborhood feels very safe, there are shops, many places to eat around.

Although breakfast was delicious we were offered only one choice of meal every morning. It might be due to the fact that we did not speak any Spanish and the cook did not speak English, but the cook at the breakfast venue would always show us only one and same option in the menu to take for breakfast.

Location is great easy access to food and drinks. The gym is ideal to get a little workout while on the road and the staff were terrific!! Will definitely try the restaurant on my next visit but overall nice place and very accommodating!! Also had 2 tv stations that were in English so that was terrific!!

1st room floor had a great big window but a wall in front of it so very little daylight was available. Also wood floor in the room was buckling a tad and pinched your feet if you happened to step on it just right.

The attention from the front desk staff was outstanding. Both Alfonso and Andres were extremely helpful with any request and concern. They made sure I was comfortable and followed up on everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel for any type of traveler. The location is perfect as there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. They also have a work/conference room with table and chairs and a great rooftop balcony with comfortable chairs. The restaurant upstairs is also a great convenience and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh tuna toast I ordered. Simply delicious!

Not related to the hotel itself but the restaurant needs a cappuccino / espresso machine.

The Hotel is located in one of the busy areas in the night, so for us was an excellent choice, there were restaurants bars and night clubs just by walk. The room is very spacious and comfortable, definitely for couples. Personnel was really helpful, and they give you always some advice to go around the city.

In general everything was OK, Just wanted to have more water in the room, we were only provided with 2 bottles the first day and then nothing, we asked to the front desk, and they brought more, but I think they should leave more in the room every day.

The location is perfect. Right in a vibrant area with bars and restaurants but not too noisy to relax. The staff are very courteous and professional. I was able to enter with a "friend" that wasn't on the list.

The tub was broken. I showed up after 3pm and my room wasn't ready.
