Fridays and Saturdays on 9th floor there is a club and might be a bit noisy for some people and also a bit uncomfortable in lifts cause you have to share it with young “party animals” in different conditions but there is security person so it is safe but a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel was in a perfect location! It was close to the main street, but my room still wasn't noisy at night during the weekend. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. I felt like I had a lot of space, too. The staff were friendly and let me store my luggage when I arrived very early in the morning. I felt safe staying here as a female solo traveler. I would definitely try to stay here again next time I am in Guadalajara.

Once or twice the wait time for the elevators was long enough that I needed to just take the stairs. I didn't mind too much since I am capable of taking the stairs easily.

Location is fantastic. Staff is incredibly friendly and hung onto an article of clothing of mine for several weeks until I was back in town. Thank you staff! Place is basic, but hip. Simple but clean.

Parking might be a little confusing for those who don't know Guadalajara but it's a great perk and a secure place. For super light sleepers there is a little noise on weekends from nightclubs and the accommodations are definitely simple, but well appointed. For the price I think it's hard to beat.

It's in an unbeatable location, and the premises are ultra-clean. It's worth mentioning that I am extra picky about cleanliness, and it was super clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The only downside is that the parking is not in the same building as the hotel, but you are practically in the city center so it's perfectly fine.

The sound isolation of the hotel is not that good. Inside nor outside. The walls are very thin and we could listen to the cellphone of the person in the room next to ours. Also the hotel is located at a very transited avenue so you do listen to the cars passing by

It is located in a very good area, near Guadalajara downtown. And if your are looking for party and restaurants, Ola hotel it’s the best place to stay. It was clean, comfy and the staff was great!

Maybe the whole thing about the parking. They have a place where you can park but maybe you’ll have to carry your luggage and everything else that you have with you to the hotel. But besides that, everything was great.

No breakfast at hotel, but plenty of establishments nearby that offer breakfast / lunch and dinner Also grocery stores nearby if you need some specific snacking etc

Bathrooms and especially the shower can be a slide hazard, the tiles are declined into a position where water flows down, but the slippery tiles / decline can be tricky, be careful.

My room was auto upgraded to Apartment suite at 8th floor. It was a long weekend and what I didn't know that, there was a rooftop bar & disco just above my suite. That banged my sleep and head till 3am every single night. Avoid staying at this floor if there are eany festivities in Mexico

Great price. Great location 7-Eleven across the street McDonald's 5-minute walk away. Very clean. Safe always. Front desk staff available 24 hours a day. Bathroom amenities good also. Fast check in and check out. Fast wifi.

Perfectly located in the heart of nightlife in Guadalajara. They're lots of restaurants, cafes and banks nearby. Air conditioner blows ice cold as it should be.

You have to be calling the staff everytime you need to enter or leave the parking. I didn't like that the maid tried to enter the room without knocking first, even though the room was already cleaned up the same day. No laundry.
