The location was great and the casa was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Good value for money. The very little interaction I had with the staff was very nice. The beers in the fridge were a nice touch.

There wasn't always hot water in the shower. And I am shocked that no other reviews mentioned the very loud generator that starts at 7am every morning! Not for the late or light sleepers. There was only instant coffee in the kitchen and no kettle. The breakfast that is included is at another location about 10 minutes walk away and is really quite awful (decent coffee - milk extra). Also there is no lamp or light switch near the bed so you have to get out of bed to turn off the lights and then walk to bed in the dark.

Fantastic location in very cute neighborhood with tons of cafes and within walking distance to many other places of interest. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious and nicely decorated.

It would have been nice for breakfast to be offered on the property and do’s the host to provide a curated list of their favorite cafes and restaurants.

The property is safe, secure and quiet in a good location that is close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Our room was on the ground floor at the back and we were able to have the window open for fresh air. The terrace is a good spot for afternoon drinks or a morning cuppa, with a well equipped kitchen. Good bathroom with nice rain shower and water pressure.

Part of the room advertisement says there is kitchenette and washing facilities. This is for the property, not the room. The only kitchen facilities are on the rooftop terrace, and laundry is a paid service. We paid 300 pesos for a bag of washing. Staff are only available during limited times in the day which could be an issue if you need something, however, contacting through the booking message service was always prompt so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Perfection. The room and grounds were beautiful, very simple and clean. The roof had a great view of the stars at night. The staff were incredibly friendly. The location is great, close to cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Will absolutely be staying here the next time we visit.

Very good property! It has like 3 types of security entrance. Felt super safe.

Be careful going out at night. Once it gets dark there are people here who will steal. Me and group got jumped and they took her bag with cards, and ids

The room was clean and comfy. Bottles of beers in the fridge. Easy to check in - no physical keys (cords only)

I hung a tag asking for cleaning on the door. I returned after check-in starting time and the tag was removed but oddly the room was not cleaned up. The cafe to offer breakfast is closed on Tuesday but no alternatives to guests.

The room was amazing! The hammock was a great touch and the smart tv and extra couch made it great for my partner and I. We will definitely be back!

Stunning property in a quiet hipster neighbourhood. great staff who always checked to see how I was and if I needed anything else. beautifully designed and many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk, yet the property is on a quiet street. I will be back!

This was my second stay and my favourite choice when in Guadalajara. Ina quiet central neighbourhood with great restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away. Simple self check with pin codes provided. Alejandra is around during the day and always very happy to help.
