I absolutely love this place! It's so cozy and homey. The unit is so clean and has everything you need! It's also close to a lot of public transportation should one want to utilize it. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Gudalajara in the future.

Maybe the water pressure can be a little better? But it's really not a big deal to me.

Very cozy and relaxing environment to fall back on after going out and about in the city.

This is more benign but Smart tv access was a bit complicated and getting to live cable tv was slightly difficult. On a slightly bigger note, the water dispenser was not clear if it filtered water and so we were not sure if we had to use tap water or buy water anyways. The 2-1 washer/dryer machine was neat but the dryer took way too long to operate and we cut the cycle short in worry of shrinkage.

Beautiful accommodation and communal spaces. Very comfortable, clean, and the staff was very kind. Excellent value for the price.

Check-in was a bit complicated at first but worked out in the end. This neighborhood is known to have some theft, so it's important to be careful and not walk alone in the evening.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Good bed, air-conditioning, fan, TV with Netflix.

For some reason the shower was impossible to set at a good temperature. Either it was way too hot or completely cold.

Very well equipped kitchenette. Quiet location with a great patio area. Lots of amenities within walking distance

There were a few mosquitoes. Maybe include plug- in mosquito repellent?

There was no breakfast but It was not a problem as there was a nice Little friendly restaurant at the corner.

Though We enjoyed having the little kitchen ( We hardly used) I was very annoyed by bugs. Each time I sat on the coach I got bitten by mosquitoes but also other bugs. I’ m very allergic and that was a real problem for me. Maybe you should spray and open the Windows to let them go. I had booked a triple room but got another . No big deal for me as I did not need three beds. The property was quiet But the room We got was just near the street and thus very noisy because of the cars passing very near my bed. I am not used to that so it kept me awake. You should warn people. I appreciated the bathroom and the soaps.Nice tv screen.

Wish we could be more positive. After we messaged for help to arrange for a taxi for the next morning, they gave us a phone number that was not in service, then failed to respond to our follow-up message. Disappointed in the lack of communication.
