The room size is ok. It has AC for the warm afternoons of Guadalajara. All staff are friendly and the cleaners are always attentive. The location is very close to the expiatorio temple and the MUSA. There are restaurants and taquerias within walking distance and the Metro stations are just a few steps away. There is a 711 and 3 Oxxos to choose from. 🤣 15 minute by foot to the Cathedral.

I could have given it a 10 if the wifi is working. It will work for a few hours of the night and that's it. Connection is quite unreliable and even Netflix or Youtube will not work on their smart TV. Only local channels in Spanish is your option for TV watching. They can probably add extra lighting in the room as lighting with 3 pot lights is very dim. The area looks a little sketchy as it is by the park which is badly lit at night time. There's always a police presence though in the area to make sure everything is in order.

Cute hotel close to the metro and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Rooftop terrace was a great asset with nice views of the city.

Slightly sketchy people around at night. Hotel didn't feel unsafe at all. Oxxo opposite the hotel is open all night but closes their doors at 11pm. Doesn't feel unsafe walking to hotel until 11pm. A fridge in the room and a safe would be an improvement.

Fantastic location, kind staff, clean comfy rooms, great value for money

The bathroom had a sling glass door right into the bedroom, so very little privacy and noise block when doing business. The window couldn't be opened, so we had to run the AC almost all the time (which we're not used to). Neither of these things were big problems though

The staff were very welcoming and patient in spite of our weak Spanish. The location is good and you can walk to take in many sights in the area. The rooftop deck was lovely and we met a few friendly travelers out enjoying the night air. The hotel room felt very austere, but very clean. The shower was incredible with hot water galore and high pressure. It's a rainfall type and quite relaxing. The shower may have been the most luxurious part of the room. Given the busy location, it was actually peaceful in our room on the 3rd floor. Overall the room was good for the price and location, but better for a short stay in our circumstance.

There was nowhere to unpack. Not a single drawer. Not a single hook. The towel racks were the only way to hang anything. I found the bed firm, but adequate. There was low light over the bathroom sink, so getting dressed and ready was awkward. My sister-in-law who traveled with me found it uncomfortable with her arthritis. I would recommend booking a short stay. If you like the beds, it's a great value.

Close to many interesting districts and a metro station. Very clean and renovated. I paid only 600$ per night during the Esster weekend.The best deal I had during my trip.

It’s a budget hotel. So can be more comfortable. There’s only 2 pillows.

The room was very well cleaned and the staff was beyond kind and helpful.

The bathroom inside the room was so small and during our stay there was a girl that got robbed right in front of the hotel around 11 pm, the streets overall didn’t look that safe around the area.

Location, spacious unit, nice pressure in the shower, AC, like the patio & jacuzzi

Half the time the restaurant was closed.

I can't say enough about this hotel, and the people who work here. Beautiful tranquil space located in the heart of the town. My wife got Covid and they were so helpful in finding what we needed so she could feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great value for the cost, very clean.

The only bad thing in my visit was the bed, which was really uncomfortable, left me with the worst back pain I have ever had.

Really liked my short stay at this hotel. The reception staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is also located at a nice location with many restaurants and attractions nearby
