The location is great, within walking distance of the centre and Chapultepec Street, right by the university and Museum of Arts. On Sundays there is a buffet breakfast, good choice and great value and everything was really tasty! The rooms are a decent size and clean.

The rooms are fairly basic and could do with some modernising. The hallways are a little dark and the wifi doesn't reach well into the rooms.

Excellent location! I could see and hear the cathedral from my room. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and an actual bathtub. On site restaurant had great food and great prices. Staff in hotel and restaurant were EXCELLENT. I arrived early and was allowed to wait in lobby until a room became available. Within 20 minutes they had a room ready. The nicest people and a very comfortable stay.

My only negative thing is that the WiFi in my room was very slow, however, each floor has comfy sofas and chairs with floor to ceiling windows where the WiFi works great. The building is solid so I’m guessing it’s difficult to get a good signal into all the rooms. Also, my own fault—no air conditioning but I would have seen that if I read the description better. There was a ceiling fan that kept me comfortable.

It seems like people are allowed to smoke in the rooms. When I checked into my room it smelt like a strong ashtray. The people before me were definitely smoking in there. My friends room did not smell at all. I complained to the staff about my room but they said there was nothing they could do. My friends ATM card also went missing and people tried to use it. We confronted the staff but they denied.

The location of the room was horrible. It faced a very busy street with no way to cut off the traffic noise which went on all night long. This made sleep almost impossible. I would never stay again without a back room away from the street

The location was great, room was big enough and it’s a quite place. There’s a lot of food places nearby and it’s close to bus/train stations

The WiFi signal was very week in the room. Mostly of it works well in the reception and common areas. The room didn’t have a hair dryer
