Very good location, only 10 min walk from the cathedral. Nice restaurants and cafes around. Room was small but clean, with provided coffee maker. Good wifi. My toilet was clogged when I arrived, but the staff resolved it immediately after reporting it.

My room was on the first floor, facing other buildings across the street, so I had to have my curtains on the whole time. Curtains also had to be on because of direct sun and heat from the window. The walls are too thin, and I could hear every word my "neighbour" said when normally talking (or watching TV). I was missing chair in my room (but I also did not ask for one, as I discovered open access library nearby where I could work).

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a room that had a very noisy air on and the staff moved me to a new room without any issues. The room they gave me was off the street so very quiet (the hotel is on one of the main traffic streets) air con was great. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had (including my own posturepedic) and bed linen and pillows were excellent.

Smell from the drain in the bathroom was rank. Seemed to be location rather than a cleaning issue as smell on the street was pretty bad also.

The staff was extremely attentive and helpful all the time. The location is perfect to walk around the city centre, you have everything close: shops, restaurants, cafés…

The walls must be thin, we could hear the conversation from the rooms next to us and they weren’t yelling, just regular tone. Also, the room’s key got inactive every time we spent more than a certain time outside the room. So we had to go to reception every time we were coming back to the hotel.

The location is wonderful. Close to everything in Guadalajara. Anything you need is walkable. And just getting to know Guadalajara is easy there. The staff is extra special. Friendly, helpful , kind. The lobby is gigantic and well furnished. The bathroom is great. Hot showers.

Because of the way it’s constructed the windows face other windows so you almost always have to keep the curtains closed.

Friendly staff, decent room

There was no breakfast available because the restaurant that they partner up with was closed. The neighbour played really loud music around 4AM and none of the staff seemed to do anything about it. Shower took really long to heat up and sprayed all over the place

The restaurant was very good and the prices were great. The hotel rooms are very clean and the staff was great across the board

The bathroom knob was a bit flimsy and would get stuck every now and then. The restaurant closes very early (4pm)

Great location for Centro Guadalajara and Colonial Americano. Nice showers, comfortable beds however the rooms are very small.

Had to move rooms three times as AC was not working in the first two rooms Way too hot!! Rooms are very small. The bathroom door does not open all the way as it hits the sink.

The room was nice (although the window was facing inernally inside the hotel, so no "vista hermosa" for us :P), the bed comfortable and with working aircon, good big shower, complementary coffee. Hotel restaurant was nice and decently priced. Hotel position is great.

It’s missing more lighting in the bathroom and another mirror outside the bathroom. Also when you were showering, ppl could see the shadow of you showering.

The breakfast .the coffe .was not good the fruit was bad.all in the american style
