I enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, the comfortable beds, and the great location close to key attractions in Guadalajara. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel had a stylish design, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a big plus for me.

The walls were a bit thin, so noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms could be heard at times. Also, the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room properly. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I liked the convenient  location because it is close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and a short walk to Guadalajara Cathedral Catedral de Guadalajara. Also close (short walk) to a lot of gay bars in the area. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the AC works really good. Thanks Enrique for the full service.

Wasn’t sure why the room had wallpaper of NYC and not representing Mexico.

Excelent location! Great price! Been there a couple times before. Always great for an overnight stay to catch a flight. Definatly will be back.

Nothing to dislike, meets all the necesities for the price

Nice hotel, well-priced, perfect location, and helpful staff. They were also extremely helpful helping me to recover an item I left behind in my room.

Close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, transportation.

The rooms facing the street you can heard the music from the bar in the corner all night long until the morning.

The only bad thing is that there is a night club across the street that has very loud music all night long and it stops until 9 am

Very loud. I played loud rain sounds too drowned out the staff taking to each other and loud music being played

Great WIFI, clean rooms, great location. The AC works well and room is reasonably sized and has a good safe. Staff were very friendly. The hotel overall was very clean.

Bathroom is small, lots of noise from slamming doors from other units, and beds are too firm. Wish more of the front desk staff could speak a little english.

I was hoping for two beds and got just a queen sized bed. Spacious enough but it would’ve been better to have a bed each.
