Excellent staff! very polite, great service and absolutely trust worthy. The location is at walking distance to everything in the historic center of GDL. Air conditioning is a plus!

During my first night, my room had a very strong sewer smell coming from the shower and sink. The staff resolved it by moving me to a new room. There was no smell there and had a great stay after that! -No drinking water, coffee/tea or food are offered

Location is perfect. We felt privileged to live for a week in such historic building, which is tastefully renovated. Bed was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. We definitely hope to be back to visit this beautiful city.

Maybe we would prefer a little coffee/water station in the historic lounge/hall area. Nothing else. 🙂

Stunning boutique style quality hotel with amazingly comfortable and huge beds and perfectly situated for an easy stroll to all the beautiful attractions. The building and its architecture, especially inside in the hall area, was elegant yet felt modern. The property was immaculately clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ambiance was calm and peaceful which aided for both a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the zona centro and for a fantastic nights sleep! ALL that for unbelievable rates!!! What more does anyone want? Would highly HIGHLY recommend. Bravo!

The same as every other review - there’s no air conditioning. However, there is a wall mounted POWERFUL fan to compensate. My only gripe is that the fan was loud but certainly got the job done! There’s no signage which when initially arriving is a little hard to find but after that I preferred that it isn’t all branded as it added to an exclusive boutique feel.

Hotel Atia is everything an American could want or expect in a 3 star hotel. The staff was gracious, housekeeping perfect and the entire property modernized in a beautiful historical Mexican historical building.

The property is modern and beautiful. The outside might not look like a hotel but trust me it’s amazing, safe and staff is available to help. The price was great as well. You get wifi and AC which made the stay feel great.

The location is great, 3-4 blocks from the centro and are close to many restaurants and location to view.

Simple yet beautiful design of the whole place and the rooms. I was feeling very comfortable. Very helpful staff. We had some issues with the toilet, but it was solved immediately, by providing us another room till the problem was solved. Good location.

They were asking for deposit and a photo of my credit card which I was not very happy about... Otherwise everything was fine
