The bell bou, no help at all with luggage

I liked that the rooms were very decent in size, beds were very comfortable, rooms had a nice big tv with a great channel selection. Showers were good, nice hot water and more importantly very cold air conditioner, which was important due to the hot weather, made a difference. Great location too, very close to Mercado San Juan and everything else!

The only thing that I didnt like was the noise, it was a little noisy as it is a very active street, quite a bit of traffic and bike noise. Really not bad but you will hear distractions.

The location was very handy to the main attractions, walking distance to the Cathedral, Degollado Theatre, Cabañas museum, subway, restaurants, shopping, etc. We felt safe at all times (3 women travellers). Oscar, one of the bellhops went above and beyond in all his dealings with us. He helped with directions and recommendations and he was always kind and friendly.

It would have been nice if the windows opened to get cool, fresh air in the room. Keeping the fan on consistently made the room smelly.

The hotel and location exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend to visitors to Centro Guadalajara.

There were two things missing that you might expect to have in a hotel. A bathtub and a fridge. However it may only have been our room. As it wasn’t important to us it wasn’t not a problem. Definitely not a dealbreaker! There was a room safe which was nice to have.

well, not as important, but with a baby then is a little bit important, but they assigned me a too far away room in the floor, so i must walk too much, considering i back to the hotel tired from running with my kid. I will be back in july for 10 days, so, i will require the nearest room to elevator.

The hotel was perfectly located- walking distance to centre historico where all the interesting things are located. The staff were great and went out of their way to help me order a taxi to the airport and find information about Tlaquepaque which I wanted to visit.

The rooms were a little dated but as pictured and for the price you can’t go wrong!

Good value. Good location. Parking garage adjacent. Restaurant. Exercise room. Loved the shower water pressure. Good bathroom lighting.

Carpet was stained.

The reception lobby is big and modern, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed, pilllow and sheets were so comfortable!

The bath towels were old and torn, there were no hand towels, no shower mats, and the street noise was too loud for me. I’m a light sleeper.

Nice and friendship environment

Maybe a deep cleaning would be appropriate found an eyelash in one of the rooms.

I loved the service we received from Raul at the restaurant, he made our stay memorable for me and my family

the hotel itself was ok for the price but everything was old and the beds had a lot of hair everywhere
